The chef was outstanding. He made all the cooking techniques simple and easy to follow. The food was delicious, and I will be making the dishes at home!

Very nice experience! The chefs David and Antonio were very nice and there was a lot of food as they make 3 types of pasta and sauces. The sauces are created by the chef with explanations and the pasta is created in-house. the location is very good and vegetarians are catered for. There is no skimping on water, soft drinks and wine. Great evening in Florence ☺️

We did a cooking class in the restaurant. It was such a fun and interactive class. The chef and Antonio were very passionate about the class and were great ! Learned so many great, yet simple, and delicious recipes. Would highly recommended.

This was absolutely fantastic !!! Chef was so genuine, and told all his history about making the best sauces and pasta. We really enjoyed ourselves, and wouldn’t have asked for a better cooking class !! Very hands on experience- and they’re always there to help if you need it !

A few steps from Piazza S. Croce and the center, here is an evocative place!!! It comes with outdoor tables... A large internal room... And an internal courtyard which can be covered if necessary in case of bad weather... Spaces and comfort for everyone..... What to say about the menu... Typical dishes with an extra touch from the chef.... We go to Tuscany but not only that, the alternative is as available as the staff.... Attentive, friendly and professional. We started with a platter of cold cuts and cheeses... all of excellent quality... The wine list accompanies... the choice of your favorite cut of meat.... From Tuscan cuts such as Chianina, Scottona... fat or lean as you want.... Up to cuts of Spanish origin and more... Perfectly cooked and topped with baked potatoes, the steak reigns supreme... Exaggerated.... To conclude the meal, desserts.... Among the various ones presented, I was particularly struck by "The chocolate sphere..." sublime and full of flavor... from the dark to the freshness of the coconut to the warmth of the berries... All you have to do is try it and be pleasantly surprised.... Congratulations to the manager and all the staff...

This restaurant is not as popular as others in Florence but I have a feeling that they will be able to compete. I was in the mood to get some octopus. So I ordered the grilled octopus with chickpeas cream but I ended up having a steak with vegetables because I was disappointed with the quality of the octopus. I told them that it didn't feel fresh and the texture was rubbery. I guess the octopus was not something that gets ordered often at this place. But the restaurant was willing to take it back and gave me a chance to order something else. So, kudos to them for such an excellent service. The waiter also came back and explained that the octopus was indeed not fresh, and it was frozen product instead. So I really won't recommend the octopus. As I was waiting for the steak, another dish I ordered before was sent, which was salmon tartare. Even though I started off with low expectation after the octopus, the salmon brought my appetite back up. The portion was nice, the salmon was well seasoned with lemon, salt so it was fresh and tasty. One small suggestion is maybe to add a bit of parsley. Then came the steak that they cooked to medium rare. Beautiful char on the outside but still pink at the center. They just got it so right with the steak. Flavour was on point. They need to improve the cleanliness and functionality of the toilet, though. Also, the water closet don't have a lid that you can sit on. It's just the big bowl and the cover.

Great service, food was amazing definitely recommend it if your ever in Florence !!! Also staff was great and attentive to our every need

Davanti al palazzo della Signoria a Firenze locale storico con personale gentilissimo unica nota stonata il posto riservato davanti alla porta d'ingresso avremmo preferito altra sistemazione ma era tutto prenotato comunque i camerieri si sono premurati di chiudere velocemente la porta ad ogni ingresso di cliente ma il tempo era inclemente pioggia vento e grandine menu gradevole con attenzione sia alla terra con le carni maremmane che al mare con gli spaghetti con vongole e bottarga prezzo adeguato alla materia prima
