17/06/2025: Coming from Udine, my family and I arrived at Chianni Bistrò thanks to the advice of a friend of mine. Never was advice more spot on! From the moment we were welcomed, the waiter made us feel at home and explained the preparation of each dish. Excellent typical Tuscan home cooking, fantastic food and wine (with an excellent quality/price ratio) in the beautiful village of Chianni. Compliments to Francesco, Gabriele, the cooks and all the staff. The next time I pass by these parts, it will definitely be a fixed stop! Highly recommended

02/06/2025: We arrived quite late, but the kitchen was open very late, and we got a table right away. The staff was very friendly and spoke good English. The prices were all very reasonable, but the portions weren't particularly large. I actually think that's a good thing, because it means you can order just for a small bite. And if you want more, just order more. We enjoyed the food. Standard Indian dishes, nothing extraordinary, but very tasty.

22/07/2025: Freshly made pizza upon ordering. Delicious and appetising. Value for money. Very close to Uffizi - perfect for a quick bite after or before the visit. The pizza cook / owner was friendly and obliging. Good selection of bottled beer. Lovely bottled juices. Great selection for vegetarians! Completely satisfied.

03/07/2025: A quality refuge in the chaos of food factories that populate Florence. Excellent raw materials expertly cooked to enhance their flavors. We went for seafood dishes. A journey where taste is enhanced. The owners and the girl who served us were very nice. Passion and research shine through. Excellent evening that reconciles with the world.

27/07/2025: Mi hanno fatto la sorpresa al mio compleanno di portarmi qui. Un posto bellissimo curato con gusto. Era luglio ma peccato ha piovuto e abbiamo dovuto mangiare dentro, ma comunque anche sento molto accogliente e bello. La sig.ra Masi una donna che ci ha accolto e raccontato la storia della casa e ti fa sentire davvero al proprio agio. Il cibo che dire….. da leccarsi i baffi, davvero tutto presentato e cucinato con passione e si vede. Sono rimasta felicissima. Per arrivarci la strada un po’ la classica di montagna toscana e quindi curve e sperdute nel nulla. Ma ne vale la pena. Da ritornare

14/07/2025: Ero già stato a Casa Masi per un matrimonio lo scorso anno, esperienza stupenda per mille motivi. Son tornato per una cena tra amici lo scorso anno e l'incanto si è mantenuto, sotto ogni aspetto. Dalla location immersa nel verde, curata, raffinata ed elegante, passando per la qualità del cibo e la cortesia del servizio. Si mangia benissimo, non c'è un solo piatto che non ordinerei. Per cui, val la pena tornare, prima o poi.

29/06/2025: We had lunch during a visit to Sansepolcro. Looking for a restaurant that served gluten-free and lactose-free dishes because my daughter is following a particular diet. We were welcomed by Sara and Serena impeccably. We had two first courses and a tartare of Piedmontese scottona, all really delicious. Very characteristic and elegant place, we will definitely be back!

22/06/2025: Absolutely SUPER!!! Chosen for a lunch on the way back from Umbria with friends, we were all pleasantly surprised! ...first of all our friend, who eats gluten-free and who has never seen such a choice of dishes and above all so good! The staff and owner are exquisitely courteous and helpful. Excellent service! Too bad it's 350 km from home! Recommended: absolutely yes

23/07/2025: Phenomenal food I ordered the Delizia burger, quick to prepare, and delicious meat! I was hoping the bun would be bigger, but for a normal stomach, it's perfect. I also got fries and onion rings; the fries are very good.

23/07/2025: We stumbled upon a small restaurant in a narrow street, run by a very kind and friendly person. We ate five delicious sandwiches. (The fifth was a second course with sausage and pecorino cheese, a true delight.) A highly recommended place, and definitely worth considering, especially considering the prices.

11/07/2025: Siamo in alloggio presso la casa sacro cuore di chianciano, chiedendo alla Superiora, Madre Leonia, dove mangiare un buon gelato, ci ha indicato questa gelateria. Gelato artigianale Buonissimo, abbiamo fatto due chiacchiere con il Titolare, molto simpatico, cosa dire, se siete nei dintorni consiglio vivamente di assaggiare uno dei suoi gelati!

05/07/2025: Il gelato non è male anche se i gusti sono abbastanza standard senza grande creatività. Nota dolente di questa gelateria è l'educazione, il titolare e la collaboratrice sono musoni e molto scontrosi, sembra di essere li per rompergli le scatole, non per fargli guadagnare due soldini....non è questo il modo per stare al pubblico

28/06/2025: One of the best places to visit in Tuscany! Fantastic service, they have an interesting idea for dishes, you can try each in small quantities so that we can eat the entire menu, on the table as part of the appetizer a bottle of wine 😁 charming owner I recommend to everyone !!

15/07/2025: You can't just happen upon Mater Restaurant; you have to want to. It's a journey through nature with a breathtaking view of the Poppi plain, which also heralds a journey into the flavors of the local countryside. A very well-maintained restaurant with an open kitchen, where you can watch a group of artists perform. Each dish is a work of art, both visual and olfactory. We've occasionally tried the tasting menu (useful the first few times to get to know the offerings), but lately we've chosen the à la carte menu, which allows us to focus on a few new dishes. Which ones can I describe? All very sublime, but I must mention one pleasant surprise that truly blew me away: homemade tagliolini with two textures of apricot. I couldn't have imagined such a dish possible, a delight. Excellent and impeccable service.

We appreciated the research and innovation deeply rooted in the region, the evocative and well-orchestrated pairings in which the characteristic notes of the raw ingredients emerge clean and refined through transformation, for a memorable sensory experience. We were accompanied by attentive and delicate waitstaff, their pleasant and evocative narration. We savored the care and attention, and for this rare ingredient, we will be happy to return! 11/07/2025: One of the best meals of my life! The menu made it hard to choose, but the dishes we picked left us with no regrets. Everything was delicious! The setting on a serene and picturesque square is perfect. You won’t regret coming here.

01/07/2025: I have now been to this restaurant 5 times over the years and it’s better each time. Not only some of the best food in Tuscany for vegan, but best food in general. I’ve been to dozens of restaurants in Tuscany and this one is always the best, hands down. It is in the sweetest, quietest town that is incredibly charming and relaxing especially for a short walk after dinner. The owners are so friendly and kind. The ravioli and tiramisu are outstanding. I would go really out of my way to visit this place if I were you.

28/06/2025: Just wandered by, outside of the tourist area, just perfect in every way. Friendly attentive service. Food was great. We were typical american tourists, showing up early, not wanting a lot of food (after two weeks here and our clothes shrinking). They split our appetizer, so good. We had a pasta dish and a salad. One of the better meals we had in Florence, at half the cost of the fancy places along the river. Our meal cost includes wine.

10/06/2025: Our BEST meal in Florence. Every dish was spectacular. Service was friendly and genuine. Especially wonderful was the cocktail tasting. The mixologist is a genius. He made beautiful and super tasty cocktails. Possibly the BEST cocktails we’ve ever tasted! Thank you, Gunè!

08/06/2025: Siamo stati a cena in questo locale e l'esperienza è stata ottima. Abbiamo mangiato in giardino con una bella vista. Quello che abbiamo mangiato è stato tutto ottimo, di nostro gradimento. Materie prime di ottima qualita; forse la tagliata era un filino troppo cotta. Ottimo anche il pane. Servizio rapido, gentile e cordiale. Conto nella media. Torneremo sicuramente.

Lasciatevi tentare dalle delizie che vi saranno servite perché sarete travolti da una varietà di gusti che faranno fibrillare le vostre papille gustative 🥰. Il tutto viene servito con grandi sorrisi e tanta gentilezza… per noi è una vera garanzia anche per chi è celiaco.
