02/05/2026: Lovely place. Delicious Negroni. But the schiacciata with lard and the fried steak were truly Guinness-worthy. I'd go back and stay a night, not just to eat.

04/05/2026: Everything was perfect, the food was delicious, and the location was incredibly charming. One flaw: the waitress serving the wine looked at us askance when we decided not to drink wine since we had a five-hour drive home. It's true that we're in a winery where wine is produced, but not ordering wine with lunch isn't a crime. Otherwise, everything was great.

15/05/2026: One need not waste superlatives. From start to finish, the experience was impeccable. The food was plentiful and consistently wonderful. The suggested wine pairing delightful. But the service... we genuinely don't know how one could improve this experience. This was an unabridged, unashamed classical fine dining experience.

30/04/2026: First I'd like to say that I have not gotten a chance to eat this restaurant. But I doubt if I will ever. I followed the instruction and made a reservation at the Fork, and was asked to pay a deposit Euro120. I was told by the restaurant I can cancel for free 24 hours+. Due to flight cancellation, I have no choice but to cancel everything I booked for Italy. I cancelled via TheFork, but received no response about the refund. I contacted the restaurant directly via email and inquired and requested to refund my Euro120 deposit. They wrote back to me and said "I confused them" as I made reservations in 2 platforms. I replied and told them that I only made ONE via TheFork, and shortly after I received an email confirmation voucher from Fissalitavole. The staff at Gune insisted that it's my fault that I made rez on 2 platforms, and they will inform Fissalitavole to do the refund. I waited a week, nothing! Then I contacted Fissalitavole directly and the COO replied and said refund is just done. He said it may take upto a week to see the refund. Today is the 4th day....no sign of it. Oh well.... This type of business practice is not just unethical, but it truly shows what type of restaurant / business really is about. The way they accused me, no appology, and needless to say, where is my money??? Gladly I have my credit card protection, but it is still upseting..... THINK BEFORE YOU BOOK!!!

20/05/2026: After 6 days In Rome and then Montepulchiono this was my favorite dinner. The Pici with ragu and the Romanian stew were incredible! The staff was incredible and made our dinners even better. .

20/05/2026: Picci and tagliatelle with ragu! Both were delicious. Excellent service and very friendly staff. We went with our baby and they had no problem giving us a highchair so he could sit with us at the table. I really wanted to try the tortellini!

29/04/2026: We came here for dinner, drawn by the excellent reviews, and I must say we were not disappointed! The pappa al pomodoro was truly delicious. Then, the homemade pappardelle with Chianina beef ragù, excellent! Of course, with homemade bread to mop up the sauce. But the real highlight is the meat: a wide variety of steaks and expert advice. Cooked perfectly! Friendly and professional service! If you're passing through, a stop is a must!

22/03/2026: A very quiet and well-kept little place, hard to believe it's located on the bustling Via Cambini. The original and tasty vegan dishes and the friendly staff really impressed me.

23/05/2026: We were served by the owner, a very pleasant, delightful man who made our dinner experience very enjoyable. I absolutely loved their short pasta with smoked ham & blue cheese sauce- just amazing flavor. Even the side salad was fresh, tasty and quite large. I will definitely be coming back!

22/05/2026: I went for lunch with a small group of locals. The bruschetta, affettati, and formaggi were plentiful but very average. Most people ordered primi, including tagliatelle ai funghi that were literally swimming in oil. I had the worst insalata caprese of my life: bits of generic mozzarella served with quartered tomatoes and lettuce, without basil leaves or oil. It's worth noting that the dishes aren't prepared on-site but simply reheated. The service was very slow, the prices were high, and it's definitely for tourists.

27/02/2026: The service was excellent. The staff were cheerful and friendly, making it easy to choose the menu. The truffle mushroom risotto I had here was fantastic.

27/02/2026: Marvellously delicious food, unbelievably good pasta, fresh, al dente, made at the restaurant, with phenomenal wild boar ragu. A soup that gives the vibe of being at home. Friendly service. Also a good spot to have a quiet time sheltering from the bustling streets. 100% recommended

11/05/2026: Second time and now I can confirm that the welcome is excellent and friendly, the service excellent and the fillet of heifer very tender, perhaps the best I have ever eaten.

29/11/2025: I ordered risotto and truffle pasta, and it was a total success. The server was friendly, and it was nice to be able to enjoy a light Tuscan-style antipasto😊 Actually, except for one family who came in just before we left, we were the only ones there the entire time. After sitting by the window and analyzing(?) it, I think their marketing was weak. Many people looked at the menu posted in front of them and then just walked past. As I was leaving, I noticed the menu didn't really catch my eye. They don't really try to solicit customers, but that's a plus.
