The menu is impressively varied, leaning heavily into American brunch staples while still offering some Italian options here and there. We ordered a bit of everything: a Latte, American Coffee, Detox Smoothie, the English Breakfast, and the showstopper—“Stoners” (waffles, chicken, guac, bacon, eggs, and cheese). Everything hit the spot. Flavors were solid—I’d rate the food an 8 out of 10. Not mind-blowing, but definitely satisfying and well-executed. Portions are generous, so come hungry. Service was super quick once we got in, and our waitress was incredibly friendly and attentive—shoutout to her for keeping things flowing smoothly. The bathrooms were clean, which honestly says a lot about how they run the place, and even as we left, the line outside hadn’t let up. That’s usually a good sign. Bottom line: If you’re cool with waiting a bit and craving a hearty, American-style brunch in Florence, Rooster Café is worth the hype. Je ne comprends pas la note de cet établissement. Restaurant qui surfe sur une tendance mais en négligeant la qualité des plats servis. Ne parlons pas du service totalement anarchique mais néanmoins fait avec le sourire. Et pour couronner le tout, attente interminable pour au final des plats très peu élaborés.

I don't understand the rating of this establishment. Restaurant that rides a trend but neglects the quality of the dishes served. Let's not talk about the totally anarchic service but nevertheless done with a smile. And to top it all off, endless waiting for very poorly prepared dishes.

Excellent menu choices including gluten free! Great service- highly recommend!

Very tasty smoothies! Vegetarian options, for example we had the omelette filled with vegetables and goat cheese.

Excellent in every way. Freshness of the products, presentation of the plates, kindness of the waitresses, nice decor 🤩 Little wait even though many customers are willing to wait several minutes. Go there with your eyes closed.

The food was good, the avocado toast could be better but the pancakes were super delicious. My drink didn’t taste the way they described it but the service was friendly. When we arrived we just had a table but when we left there was a queue so I advise either going early or planning enough time.
