Great experience. Absolutely the best steak ever.
The staff was excellent. Also assisted in getting a taxi. Reservations are highly recommend.
Update: August 2025, I still have dreams of the Florentine steak.

Amazing service from start to finish—this is exactly what true hospitality should feel like. From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming without ever being overbearing. Every detail was handled smoothly, and you could tell they actually care about the guest experience rather than trying to nickel-and-dime customers. It made the entire meal feel relaxed and enjoyable, not transactional. This is the kind of place that earns repeat visits. I’d gladly come back again and again.

I heard it was a famous T-bone steak spot, so I made a reservation at The Fork and visited. It was crowded with both tourists and locals.
Since Italian beef itself doesn't have much fat, the T-bone steak was a bit tough even when cooked rare. It wasn't the taste I expected, but maybe this is just what T-bone steak is supposed to taste like!
A minimum order of 1.2kg is required.
The ragu pasta was delicious.
I liked that they rounded down the last digit of the price at the end!
Please be aware that the price comes out quite high.

My wife and I had the pleasure of coming here during our Italy trip for our 20th anniversary. Out of all the great food we ate during our trip, this was the best experience we had. The service was stellar. We felt welcomed and part of the family. Everything from the complimentary Prosecco, wine, and multiple courses, we loved and enjoyed. The food was SO GOOD! The beef carpaccio..Delicious. The lemon truffle ravioli..Delicious. The monster Porter House.. OMG Delicious! We both would go back to Firenze just to eat at Trattoria La Gratella again. God bless the Owner and Chef!
