Beautiful environment in the heart of Massa Marittima.... Owner with a nice charisma and very kind... you can see his passion in what he does... The food was very good especially the cheese platter... The meat is good, perhaps a little heavy overall in terms of pairings... I would have liked a sour note to tone down the strong taste of the game or cheek... Obviously it's a personal taste... The desserts are excellent, especially the spectacular lemon tartine... Good value for money Definitely a mandatory stop... A culinary experience to try

Excellent service, excellent cuisine.... very typical and tastefully furnished place. Only thing if I can recommend: the bathroom should follow the style of the room, it appears to be a bit narrow and flat. But still excellent rating.

I came across this splendid corner of history with my parents a bit by chance, a bit influenced by the photos seen on the Web. Already at the door we understand that it was objectively an excellent choice. Leaving aside the incredible beauty of the place, which makes you relive the past, the hospitality of the owner and his professionalism immediately made us feel at ease, with an incredible welcome from someone who does this job out of passion. We ordered the Maremma ravioli with ragù (sublime), pici with sage and almond pesto (poetry), the cheek on potato cream (exceptional), 2 tiramisu, an excellent bottle of local Maremma red wine, guided in the choice by the very nice host , and we must say that lunch time, spent like this, is truly wonderful. The bill is very honest but never aligned with the courtesy and quality of the food and service! Tip Mandatory! Highly recommended, well done and see you very soon.
