16/08/2024: Quella da Bisteccatoscana è stata un' esperienza incredibile. La Bistecca è l'elemento centrale attorno al quale ruota tutta la meraviglia di questo posto che cura ogni minimo dettaglio: dall'arredamento dell'ambiente ai vini e ai piatti di accompagnamento, dalla griglia dove viene cotta la bistecca alla scelta accurata della carne. Tutto prepara a quell'incontro di sapori che si sprigionano nel mangiare una Fiorentina come non avevo mai provato prima.

Pasquale and Woopee greet you with warmth and provide amazing food and well considered wine and throughout the night they ensure that you are truly spoilt!! I have never experienced a sense of welcome and a spirit of generosity like this. You'll have to dine with them to truly understand!!! 30/07/2024: One of the best vegetarian restaurants (and non-vegetarian too :)) where I have had the opportunity to eat, the dishes are as good as they are beautiful and the choice is varied enough to satisfy everyone. Bonus for the children's dish which in addition to being very good was very inexpensive. In addition, the choice of bottled beers will delight everyone, special mention for the French triple :) To recommend and to do again with your eyes closed. Thank you very much for this culinary moment.

06/08/2024: GOOD POINTS The timing between courses was excellent and we were well looked after. The staff were fun, friendly and talkative. The food was mostly ok, we had chopped tomatoes on toast to start followed by pasta dishes. The portion size was just right and the ambiance was nice. POINTS TO IMPROVE There wasn't a house wine available and the wine list was not inline with the prices of the dishes. The first wine started at 35 euros but a pasta dish was 11. Half a bottle was not possible. We sat inside and there was an air conditioning unit. Unfortunately it was simply too hot in the restaurant to fully relax so we left after our main. The sauce was smeared and dried onto the side of the plate making it look like an unwashed dish. Blobs not smears are my preference here. Please check the toilets for cleanliness adding sufficient supplies of paper. My other half was not happy. We had a side salad but it came with no dressing or even a hint of olive oil. The establishment was clearly overrun with only half a restaurant full. The till area was a complete mess and was quite shocking. Finally please fix or remove the clock on the wall.

08/08/2024: In Italy if you find food as delicious and fresh as in back home in India then nothing more you can expect. Must try for all. homely environment and truly Indian taste with all species perfectly blended. Service by Mr. Sukh ji was superb. Very humble and sincere. Thanks a lot guys.

08/08/2024: It was a nice experience here. The food is authentic Indian and prices are also appropriate according to the amount served. The people are also welcoming. Must try in Florence for Indian cuisine.

29/08/2024: Very good food! The innkeeper gave a beautiful explanation of the materials used, the dishes and the culture and vision of the place. Very pleasant as a person. The only flaw in the service is the bill: just before leaving, a not very nice scene between a customer and the owner(?) about some mistake or wait (and it's okay, it happens) but then she counted us two special gourmet coffees for €3 each never asked for or taken. My fault too, I noticed it after I left but you have to be more careful...

29/08/2024: The soups offered are very interesting, seasonal and change often. Get advice from the staff. Good service. Well made dishes and interesting varieties. I really liked the pici with mixed cinta and goose ragù. Special desserts, good saffron ice cream

16/08/2024: well, it takes a while to get there from Lucca but it's worth it. You go up from Fabbriche di Vallico to Palagnaia, along the valley. The place is nice, surrounded by the greenery of the valley, before dinner we also took a walk along a path in the woods. All that remains of the mill is the structure with the water discharge channels and the water wheel, the millstones are no longer there... there are the tables... we ate well, Tuscan appetizer, tordelli from Lucca, tagliolini with truffles, roasted cod. All very good and in quantity. The guys are good and welcoming. Nice evening with friends... go!... very positive.

26/07/2024: When coffee is a culture! very nice place with friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable staff, I was accompanied on a real journey into the art of coffee, the passion of the owner Giova and the love he puts into his work makes a visit to the coffee mantra a real experience. If you are a lover of coffee and milk preparations you cannot skip a visit to Coffee Mantra, the brioche with which I accompanied the wonderful cappuccino was also delicious.

13/07/2024: Great coffee, and surprisingly amazing fresh juices! Chatted briefly with the owner as he served us, and he was very friendly. Would definitely recommend this place.

03/09/2024: Mixed platter of typical Tuscan cured meats and cheeses truly exceptional!!! Accompanied by a nice bottle of vernaccia of fantastic quality.

02/09/2024: The best night in San Gimignano where the owner took music requests and the wine recommendations were on point. Wonderful place!

30/07/2024: One of the best street foods I’ve tried. Super nice service: very happy to show us what was available and give us recommendations. Very tasty food. Had the trippa with bread, and Lampredotto spinach with bread. Coming back tomorrow for seconds before leaving for the airport. Highly recommended.

19/08/2024: Very friendly host, they received us with a bite and a glass of prosecco, the fish fillet, steak and pasta were superb, we finished with a limoncello offered by the house. The house red wine is a good Chianti which goes well with everything on the menu. Not to be missed, beautiful little restaurant where everything is excellent!

24/08/2024: How many times have we found a common restaurant behind the name trattorias, taverns, bistros etc? I almost always do, it's just that each of these classifications should have completely different prices and characteristics from each other. This is to say that here we are probably close to the reality of the facts... And I would also add that here the rule "the customer is always right" falters. There are two owners, one in the kitchen and one in the dining room, they do what they can and as far as the food is concerned, very well. The service is unfortunately quite slow but if you can get over it you won't leave disappointed. Excellent flan, cured meats and pici, the cut is a little tough but in all cases you will notice the quality of the products. From us, however, thanks and we will certainly return, the "good cuisine" deserves patience!!!!!

23/08/2024: In the space of a week, despite having to travel several kilometres, we returned to enjoy the delicacies of this almost anonymous restaurant. The courtesy and quality of the food are truly priceless. If we add to all this a significantly lower cost than the average for the area, this is a restaurant worth recommending and trying. The pici alla gricia and the meat tartare are fantastic
