06/09/2025: We had a wonderful stay! Very friendly people; no question was too much trouble. They were very helpful and thought along with everything. The apartment looked fantastic! Everything worked perfectly. The pool is well-maintained and clean! The view is stunning, wherever you are on the complex. The breakfast is superb! But dinner was fantastic. We had delicious meals two evenings. All in all: we would return again and highly recommend "Borgo Dolci Colline" to anyone who asks for recommendations in the area. The photos on the website already make it look fantastic, but in reality, it's even more beautiful!

21/09/2025: Our friends (Monica and Alessandro) brought us there, telling us about the food and how it's done. Everything was delicious and the highest quality products, from the sgabeo to the Colonnata lard. The freshly cut cold cuts were incredibly delicious. The rice cake was divine, and the lemon tart was incredible. In short, I felt right at home and will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

06/09/2025: Excellent place to try fantastic Colonnata lardo. Served with delicious cured meats and cheeses. The menu is a fixed price but generous. It's a small place, so reservations are recommended. The hosts are fantastic: friendly and knowledgeable. We'll definitely return if we're in the area. Highly recommended.

20/09/2025: All vegan menu in a cozy yet alive area of the city. You can sit in or outside, the dishes are on a very high culinary level and extremeliy satisfying. Super nice staff and very friendly prizes. ABSOLUTE RECOMMENDATION!!

19/09/2025: A restaurant you wouldn't expect, on the first floor of a small house, just as the name suggests! A small, truly welcoming room. Meticulous attention to detail, from the welcome to the decor. Excellent food, from starters to dessert. I'll be back as soon as I get the chance!!!

07/10/2025: Our last meal in Florence was here and it did not disappoint. Quality was topnotch and the service was excellent. It’s just next door to the Michelangelo house/museum, we were a bit early for lunch, around 11:30 am and we were lucky enough to get a table without a reservation. Place quickly got full by lunch so better have a reservation if you plan to go just to be sure.

The menu is full of traditional Tuscan dishes, all perfectly executed with top-quality ingredients. The meats are the highlight, all top-quality, blended and cooked with great skill. Excellent value for money. Definitely an experience worth repeating. Personally, I want to compliment the entire staff; they make you feel at home.
