29/07/2025: We had the most amazing days at this beautiful place. The location is absolutely stunning, peaceful, authentic and full of charm. The food was so delicious, freshly prepared and served on the most beautiful terrace with views of the tuscan hills. You can taste the love and passion behind every dish. The room was just as wonderful. Clean and with breathtaking views. But what truly made our stay unforgettable were Alessio, Riccardo and the staff themselves. 08/06/2025: La comida, el servicio y el ambiente eran excelentes. Disfrutamos del menú degustación de 3 platos. Las mejores vieiras de la historia, excelente parpadelle con gambas y excelente lubina. Tal era la calidad de la comida que tuvimos que probar un postre (una crema de limón y un affogato) y no nos decepcionó. El restaurante es pequeño y acogedor, el servicio muy amable y relajado. Sin duda volveremos de nuevo.

28/06/2025: Recommended! Beautifully tender and perfectly grilled meat, good wine and the best tiramisu to finish. Top service and a friendly owner who struck up a conversation. A small authentic gem where you feel like you are sitting in the middle of Italy and are not surrounded by tourists. This was so good that we went back and had dinner the next day. Pasta with truffles and new good wine. The place for authentic Italian food made with love and good service

26/06/2025: I definitely know where to come every time I come to Florence. Everything was perfect. She made me homemade pappardelle with peposo that were not on the menu but she accommodated my every whim ;) Everything was impeccable. Accommodating, kind I felt at home. The food is amazing, all homemade. You absolutely have to go there if you love good niche cuisine. See you soon (I hope)

14/06/2025: We went to this family-run restaurant and the thing that struck us the most was the welcome: very kind staff, always attentive in asking if everything was ok. A special thanks to the lady who even gave us some garlic, with a spontaneous and truly appreciated gesture. About the food, maybe not everything met our tastes, but the commitment and kindness that they put into it still deserve a positive note. A place where you can feel that they work with their heart.

13/06/2025: Food was great. Lucky to have walked in and grabbed a table when they opened. It is very small. Only 8(?) tables. My wife still raves about the Gnocchi. It was the best she has ever had! Chocolate cake was expensive, but was worth it! Really amazing!!!! Wish I could take this restaurant home!!! You must try.

07/05/2025: This place was amazing. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, you could tell that they loved their costumers and were excited about the food they served. My server was amazing and had such high spirits. The carbonara pizza is something I will dream about for years. I also got the tiramisu and while it was good it wasn’t my favorite.

25/07/2025: 🥪 Al Vicolino – Tuscan Sandwich Heaven in Volterra ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Porchetta and mortadella sandwiches at their finest! Freshly topped, seasoned to perfection, and simply delicious. The service was warm and relaxed, just as it should be. Small, authentic, Tuscan – no frills, but full of flavor and soul. Perfect for a quick snack. If you love authentic street food, you'll be happy here!

Good choice of dishes on the menu, wide range of quality wines at a very affordable price. Also opportunity to watch food being prepared in kitchen via tv monitor (if interested). Highly Recommended

24/06/2025: Highly recommended. Starter, main course, and dessert were all very good. We spontaneously got a table for two on a Tuesday evening without a reservation. A glass of Prosecco with focaccia was served beforehand, followed by a limoncello to finish. Great ambiance, food, and service.

The staff is attentive, smiling and thoughtful: every detail, from the service to the way the dish is presented, conveys care, passion and authentic professionalism. The quality of the products is impressive, every ingredient speaks for itself: fresh, selected with love, enhanced in every course. But the real star of the evening was the chef, an artist of flavors, capable of transforming every dish into a journey through taste, emotion and revisited tradition. You can feel the love in what he does, you can perceive the respect for the raw material and the desire to make every guest experience a special moment. It is difficult to choose the best dish, everything was simply perfect, a crescendo of emotions.
