From the moment you enter, you perceive a welcoming and refined atmosphere, where every detail is taken care of with great attention. My most sincere compliments go to chef Enrico, who was able to delight us with extraordinary dishes. Each course is an explosion of flavors, presented with impeccable aesthetics. The passion and expertise he puts into his work is evident, transforming high quality ingredients into true works of culinary art. Special thanks also go to the owner Christian, whose vision and dedication are reflected in every aspect of the restaurant. His attention to detail and his ability to create such a pleasant and welcoming environment are truly admirable. The venue is elegant and at the same time comfortable, with furnishings that create a perfect balance between modernity and tradition. Every corner of Casa Macè contributes to creating a unique culinary experience. Finally, a special praise for Ilenia's impeccable service. His professionalism, courtesy and attention to customer needs made our visit even more pleasant. It is rare to find such thoughtful and attentive service. In summary, Casa Macè is a restaurant gem. 27/08/2024: The food was terrible. I ordered Tagliatelle di Manzo medium rare and got a thick slice of steak that was cooked well on the iron plate. Totally chewy. It's no use telling the store, they don't care about tourists at all.

26/06/2024: Place located very close to the various most important points of the city. Very helpful staff, the food was plentiful and of good quality. Unfortunately, I can't give the maximum number of stars because when paying the bill, the restaurateur, with an unkind manner, tells us that if we want an invoice we are obliged to pay in cash, because with payment via POS he cannot issue an invoice but only the receipt.

17/08/2024: As soon as I arrived and we saw the menu I didn't know what to choose, in the end I had a carbonara. The starters were delicious, chips, arancini etc... When the carbonara arrived and I tasted it I felt like I was in space, I didn't like the environment very much but whatever.

15/08/2024: Premise: if you are the type who pays attention mainly to appearance and refined environments, this place is definitely not for you! The La Fenice pizza restaurant certainly does not shine in terms of aesthetics and is not easily identifiable on the road, as there is no sign (except a relic of it). Upon entry it will appear like one of those unfinished and neglected country houses, but once inside, the rooms, although spartan, still appear tidy and clean. Having said that, let's get to the substance where we instead found an unexpected and pleasant difference! Let's start with the staff: all the staff are welcoming, thoughtful, kind and professional, regardless of how many people are present in the room. In our case we had the opportunity to evaluate it in two circumstances, that is, an empty room during opening hours and a full room with customers waiting. In both cases the staff has always stood out in satisfying the needs of each customer as best as possible, therefore our sincere congratulations go to them! Let's get to the food: on both our visits we opted for the pizza which we really appreciated, as it was prepared with a good, well-leavened dough, topped with ingredients that weren't excellent but still of good quality and cooked excellently! Obviously we also had the opportunity to peek among the courses ordered by other diners and among all, those that seemed worthy of note (after hearing the positive opinions) were the meat-based second courses, excellently served on pleasant cast iron trays and wood, so you can enjoy them piping hot... definitely worth trying! To conclude, let's move on to the prices: really good in relation to the quality of the dishes and the service received. The restaurant also has a large and convenient parking area and obviously accepts payments via POS. From today when we return to Piana degli Albanesi (we often do) we can say that we have found another point of reference where we can enjoy something good and pleasantly served!

03/09/2024: Excellent bar for breakfast, brunch or a business meeting. Wide choice of rotisserie pieces and desserts. During the summer they have an ice cream counter with more than 25 flavours... Really a lot!!! Open external spaces or closed or closed internal spaces with windows. I recommend it!

10/08/2024: I came on holiday from Turin and we ate in this place one evening and I must say it was a wonderful experience! Excellent food and fresh fish, super friendly, joking and professional staff (and that's not to be taken for granted in a trattoria). The mussel souté prepared before your eyes is especially delicious. Really excellent, highly recommended!!

12/07/2024: Excellent pizza, nothing to say. High prices (we had a 50% discount with The Fork), some pizzas even cost 18 euros. For me, excessive for a place that makes you sit in plastic chairs and drink from plastic cups. The lady welcomed us kindly even though she didn't know about the reservation (not her fault). I didn't really appreciate the receipt without the details of the orders where the calculation and discount applied could be seen. Too bad, they could do so much more.

Un perfetto connubio tra un ambiente informale e la reminiscenza di un caffè letterario in cui l’atmosfera viva e accogliente di Palermo ti trascina in una magnifica esperienza culinaria e non solo . Una menzione speciale va al Barman dei corrieri per gli ottimi cocktail e anche il servizio molto cordiale .

28/07/2024: Excellent ice cream with original natural ingredients without colorings, excellent service, serious and competent staff, good prices, lots of assortment of imaginative ice cream parlor mignon. And lots of hygiene and cleanliness. I recommend this place to everyone.

28/02/2024: The best bar in all of Sicily, with the best service from Angelo, Gianfranco, Giovanni and Giusseppe. I recommend the canole with ricotta accompanied by a delicious coffee!! Giusseppe is truly an excellent teacher and person!!!

07/07/2024: If you have a wine list and the customer asks for it, you have to have it, but instead they brought the wine they had in the fridge and made me pay too much for it. If you don't have wine, remove the wine list. My review is negative!
