Good quality pastries and coffee. I found a fried brioche and a baked one filled with ricotta. Delicious! Located in the center. Across from the town hall and the main church. A few parking spaces in the area.

The café has a wonderful atmosphere. Delicious coffee, friendly service. Upstairs, there's a room with a balcony overlooking the market square. The downstairs room is full of photos and posters from The Godfather. The coffee is delicious. We paid €2.50 for a cappuccino per person.

We had the most delicious pastries here before setting off on the Magna Via Francigena. Get there early if you want a good selection. We arrived at 8:00 (2 hrs after opening) on a Sunday and by the time we left most of the pastries were gone.

03/04/2026: The value for money is one of the best on the island. The restaurant is very beautiful and modern, and the staff, apart from a few who aren't exactly known for their politeness, are very friendly. The service was quick, and the food was delicious.

Al Casato dei Ventimiglia

08/03/2026: Nice location, friendly staff, generous portions. We ordered two different meat menus and two different fish menus, and then we tried everyone's dishes. The four of us at the table had a very positive opinion; the dishes were truly tasty and generous.
09/02/2026: A simple, typically Italian restaurant with a very friendly, family atmosphere—you can tell many of the customers are regulars, friends, and local families. The food is also simple and unpretentious: decent and enjoyable pizzas and pasta, nothing exceptional, but well-prepared. However, the salads were a bit of a letdown. That said, overall it's a good place to eat, with fair prices and a welcoming atmosphere. A solid 4/5.
