20/04/2026: The food was very good, with fast and professional service. The €12 fixed menu option is recommended. The location isn't the best, but it's worth a visit if you want to enjoy good Chinese cuisine at a reasonable price.
09/04/2026: Excellent food, everything was good. The waiter was quick and helpful, but sometimes I didn't understand the last words, perhaps my fault. I'll be back again, but I'll be more careful!

01/06/2026: The worst Chinese delivery meal in my thirty years of experience. Flavorless vegetable noodles with no soy sauce; soy sauce in a separate container, extremely salty and a strange color; overripe fried fruit with blackened banana pieces; French fries (x2) probably fried for lunch or even yesterday; chocolate rabbit bread (x2) completely tasteless with chocolate icing in a separate container from the supermarket; soggy and oil-soaked spring rolls; pineapple chicken without pineapple, with peppers and sweet and sour sauce; steamed dumplings unsightly, but edible; Chinese beer excellent as always. The icing on the cake: the Glovo delivery driver, who was tipped 10%, didn't come up to deliver the food and instead put it in the elevator. The receipt was €38 (acceptable if everything had been really good) and the total cost was €44 by credit card. Given the enthusiastic reviews on the site, I think the special treatment was personally addressed to my family or the reviews are from friends and relatives of the incompetent restaurateur.
23/05/2026: Great service from the server Jericho. He said he's been working since opening, he has a great personality. I came almost everyday, during the ship's drydock in fincantieri. Jericho remember my order all the time without telling him. I will come back here again whenever i come to Palermo.
I also want to say thank you to one of the owner family, the lady. She's very nice and say hello to me everytime i come, eventhough she couldn't speak english.
Just one comment, some of the waiters, they need to be more friendly to their customers. Other than that, thank you for welcoming me every time i come to visit. Bravo!!

25/04/2026: Entering Duomi Sushi in Palermo for the first time today was a delightful discovery in every way. We were immediately greeted with warmth, in a refined, welcoming, and relaxing atmosphere, accompanied by simply impeccable and helpful staff, smiling and attentive to every detail.
The culinary experience was excellent. Each dish stood out for its quality, freshness, and flavor, but what particularly struck me was the attention to service: the food always arrived piping hot, a detail that is far from predictable and rarely seen in other similar establishments.
The passion the entire staff puts into their work is evident: everyone, without exception, was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming, helping make the lunch even more enjoyable.
A 5-star experience in every way. I will definitely return every time I'm in Palermo with great pleasure, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality, attentive service, and a truly special atmosphere.

02/05/2026: The food we ordered was delicious and the portions were good for ordering several items. They have an all you can eat option (excluding deserts, of course) to accommodate this and it is worth the time. We luckily got there before the big lunch rush, which seemed quote busy. After eating their food I can see why!

03/03/2026: Terrible. You don't leave people hanging after waiting an hour and taking medication to be able to dine confident they're actually getting what they paid for. Opening a restaurant at 7 PM and declaring it closed at 7:40 is a great way to tell you that you're not serious, that you'll never see my money, and I hope everyone who wants to choose you for delivery will read this.

16/04/2026: Good, the fish seems fresh even if they forgot to bring me the nighiri, I had ordered 6 of them, in the end I didn't feel like reordering anymore, but they forgot them and also the pan coniglio took a long time to arrive and I had to get up at least 3 times for it to arrive, but overall the fish is good and I will go back.
11/04/2026: Kudos to you for your professionalism in delivering! They take orders online, indicating a specific time, and then move it forward by hours! People wait while they indicate on the website that the order has been delivered! Terrible.

26/05/2026: I just ate there, I ordered food, and it arrived 20 minutes later. There were three of us at the table. I noticed that there were some pretty large bones on the sashimi after eating, and I cut my tongue. I got up from the table, took the plate to the cashier, and pointed it out. He apologized, and made me another, saying we'll be more careful. Right after that, he arrived and it happened a second time. I cut my mouth again. I pointed it out at the cashier, and he apologized. I went to sit down, reordered, and it happened a third time, so I went to the cashier, paid, and left. The problem wasn't the money, because he gave me a discount even though we ate like 20 pieces between the three of us. But the problem was that I wasted my time, and right now I have blood in my mouth. I just hope I don't get food poisoning, because I'll report you. Having said that, I feel like closing the place down because you really don't know how to handle the restaurant business, whether it's waiter service or the kitchen. Have a good evening, obviously, and I'll never come back.
26/05/2026: My friend and I sat waiting for over an hour and a half, and our food didn't arrive for an hour.
I asked for sauce several times, but it never arrived. The staff was rude, and it's a shame because the sushi is very good!
I'm sorry, but I won't be back.

04/11/2025: Unfortunately, I have to report a VERY UNPLEASANT experience.
We had dinner with my family, and my 5-year-old son complained about a "weird" taste in his sandwich. Initially, we didn't give his observation much thought, thinking it was just a difference he perceived compared to other places we usually frequent.
But after repeating the same thing, my husband decided to taste his sandwich and confirmed the altered flavor. When he opened the sandwich, it smelled completely of fish and a mix of spoiled ingredients!
(The sandwich was with chicken, lettuce, and mayonnaise).
I went to the guy who had prepared the sandwiches and asked if he had cooked any fish before making our sandwiches, and he confidently ruled that out.
When I explained what had happened and opened the sandwich, he confirmed the bad smell, apologized, and removed the sandwich from the bill.
The problem is, my son had already eaten more than half of it!
As a MOTHER, I had to share my experience in the reviews to prevent any other CHILD from experiencing the same thing as my son!
My son had stomach cramps in the days that followed, but fortunately, nothing more.
But it's unacceptable that hygiene standards aren't respected in a place where food is available.
Spoiled food should be thrown away, not offered again, especially to children who are unlikely to recognize it!
🛑 I TELL PARENTS to be careful with food purchased outside, to avoid vomiting, cramps, and diarrhea in the days that follow, and to mistake them for a simple flu.
