Locanda del Gusto is a charming restaurant with very good food and well-crafted drinks. Unfortunately, the service didn't match the quality of the meal. We arrived while they were still setting up, and although everyone was polite, the service was extremely slow. We repeatedly had to get someone's attention just to order more food or ask for water. At one point, the staff sat down to have their own meal before the dinner rush, and our final order was completely forgotten. One of the young servers apologized and said it was okay to cancel the order, so we did—and let them finish their dinner. The food was excellent, but the service needs improvement to match the kitchen.

Located in a central location, this place is a really well restored building.
Their is a palm tree as you go through which is very beautiful.
The place has a calm vibe and the staff is friendly and speak good English.
They have wifi and you scan a qr code to get their menu.
The food taste very delicious and authentic.
I had a shrimp pasta as you see in the pictures which was amazing.
I totally recommend their tiramisu.
Their bartender made me an very well balanced orange based mocktail that was not too sugary at all.
I would say a must visit when in palermo.
They start serving dinner from 7.30, booking through the fork app gives you like 20 percent discount sometimes.

Honestly, it was flawless from start to finish! The cocktails were excellent, the dishes a real treat, and the desserts just as incredible. Everything was perfectly executed, both in terms of flavor and presentation.
The service was top-notch. It's truly a pleasure to be so warmly welcomed.
We had a fantastic evening and we'll definitely be back. I highly recommend it!

A very chic restaurant with jazz music, a generous aperitif, excellent food, and a perfect tiramisu (I'm very picky about tiramisu). The service is impeccable, and the prices are very reasonable considering the level of quality. I highly recommend it.
