I had a wonderful time horseback riding in Sicily, and my experience at Appaloosa Ranch was truly exceptional. The scenery was absolutely beautiful, and the horses were gentle, well-cared for, and a pleasure to ride. The owner and their family were incredibly friendly, and their hospitality was outstanding—truly 10/10. Thank you so much for such a memorable experience! 🇳🇱

What a wonderful experience! Antonino took us on a walk immersed in nature, passing through pastures and flowering meadows. It was perfect even for beginners like us! Thanks again for the wonderful time spent with Lina and Sofia. See you soon!

We chose Appaloosa Ranch for a horseback ride. It was a wonderful experience, with breathtaking views and truly calm and serene horses. Antonio was with us throughout the entire ride, explaining some horse-handling techniques. He's a truly wonderful and humble person. His passion and love for animals are evident, and he conveys trust and expertise. We'll definitely be back.

01/05/2026: We had lunch at Franco's on May 1st and decided to have the tasting menu. It consists of 5 appetizers, 2 first courses, a second course with a side dish, sorbet, water, wine, and coffee. I must say we were very pleased. Everything was delicious and carefully prepared. The waiters were very friendly, professional, and fast. You feel like you're in a very comfortable place, and they have a wonderful garden with a gazebo outside, which makes lunch even more enjoyable. All at the very reasonable price of €35 per person. I highly recommend you go. You won't regret it.
01/05/2026: The pizzeria is located a bit off the beaten path in a residential area, but it's definitely worth the trip and the search!! Very authentic and delicious Sicilian/Italian food!! This was confirmed by the presence of many locals. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful!

18/01/2026: A pastry shop in the heart of a small village worth a visit. The owner is incredibly kind and the products are superb. Fresh ingredients and, above all, authentic, not at all cloying flavors. The owner kindly let us try several traditional delicacies, and we were more than satisfied with everything; the "sfoglio" (pastry rolls) were excellent, and the bocconcini (small bites) were special. Highly recommended.
06/01/2026: This afternoon we visited this delightful pastry shop in the historic center of Petralia Sottana. It was truly a delightful experience, filled with exquisite pastries and local delicacies. My heartfelt compliments to the owner, a man with old-world charm, kindness, and courtesy, who treated me to some truly unique delicacies. I hope to return with infinite pleasure!
