26/07/2026: A delicious restaurant/trattoria in the center of San Mauro Castelverde, a village at 1,000 meters above sea level, just a few kilometers from the sea. Delicious food and very friendly staff.
28/06/2026: Delightful location. Local wine and good food. The varied appetizer platter was a delight for the palate. The pasta with Nebrodi pork ragù was excellent. And to finish, the panna cotta was delicious. Very friendly and efficient service. Our table was on a delightful terrace. Highly recommended. We will definitely be back.

26/03/2026: First experience at a steakhouse. Everything was delicious and I highly recommend it. The appetizers were exceptional, especially the sweet potatoes and the salti in bocca (literally, they jumped in my mouth). Excellent meats, with so many choices and a flavor you definitely can't replicate at home. I'll definitely be back. Well done!

I noticed the sandwiches they were bringing to the other tables, and they looked really inviting.

27/03/2026: A good beer bar, with a wide selection of quality beers and many interesting options, including new ones.
However, I'd like to point out a few areas that could be improved:
1)
In the past, you could ask for a small sample before choosing your beer. This option is no longer available, which is a shame, especially considering the variety available.
2)
Prices aren't entirely consistent:
Small beer (0.2 cl): €4.50
Large beer (0.4 cl): €6.50
This means that two small beers end up costing €9, significantly more than a large one. A more balanced price, for example, would be around €3.50 for the small beer, making the decision to order two more sensible.

03/06/2026: As always, this place is great. I come every year and it's always a pleasant experience. Service is nice, the guys working there are all attentive, professional and friendly. Food is delicious and the menu is huge. Will try to get there again soon. Highly recommend. If you like meat, just go ahead and order some nice fine cuts from their big meat selection. You won't regret it.

The atmosphere was very well soundproofed, and we spent a pleasant evening chatting.
Divine food (the arancina moved me), the freshest fish, and for dessert, a truly amazing cannoli.
Wide selection of wines. Federica, the sommelier, was very knowledgeable in recommending the perfect pairing.
We were served by a very friendly waitress. The owner was courteous and friendly. Recommended!

02/08/2026: I ordered a carbonara for lunch once, and it was well done, hence the stars. However, I only gave it three stars because the second time, after an evening visit, the carbonara was nothing more than pasta with scrambled eggs—dry, with hardly any pecorino or any other cheese, and the guanciale was burnt. It really wasn't worth a single star. Sorry, it was a complete disappointment.

08/08/2026: We got it as a tip at our accommodation. Very good pizza, thin crust, the best pizza we've tasted in all of Italy. And the tiramisu? Absolute delight. The service was pleasant and very helpful. The pizza was perfect, thank you very much.

19/07/2026: A really nice cocktail bar with a great atmosphere. The place is very fresh, well-kept and you feel welcome right when you enter. The staff were friendly, attentive and provided excellent service throughout the visit. We also chose to watch the World Cup final here, and the atmosphere was fantastic with a lovely crowd and a relaxed environment. Overall a bar I highly recommend to both those who want to have a drink and those who want to enjoy a nice evening in Palermo. I will be happy to return.

On July 10th, we celebrated my son's wedding at Tenuta Spinola, and everything was simply beautiful!
The location is wonderful, with meticulous attention to every detail and a spectacular view overlooking the sea of Cefalù—a panorama that left all our guests breathless, especially at sunset.
The food was delicious, with high-quality ingredients and beautifully presented dishes. Special praise goes to all the staff: the service was attentive, impeccable, and professional from start to finish, making us feel pampered at every moment.

13/08/2026: For me, it remains one of the best restaurants in Palermo... the quality of the ingredients is excellent, cooked with respect for the various ingredients. They've also improved their reservation service... a benchmark for me 👍
The only flaw, in my opinion, is the outdoor seating area, which is the only place to sit. It needs improvement, especially given the high prices for each dish. The TNT tablecloth 😑, and the air conditioning/fan don't do much, of course.
03/08/2026: Super fresh fish, abundant, cooked to enhance rather than hide, truly innovative pairings, a menu updated 40-50% every two weeks to match the catch. Fusion where those who dare are rewarded. €70 per person eating on the street with paper tablecloths, but still decent. Chardonnay and Etna Bianco are dull but chilled and drinkable, and it's only fair that they only have Sicilian wines. My new favorite restaurant. I had to look up the chefs online (Maria D'Asta and Tony Lo Monaco) because they are artists. I recognized them by chance during a break and had to stand up to shake their hands.
