02/08/2026: I ordered a carbonara for lunch once, and it was well done, hence the stars. However, I only gave it three stars because the second time, after an evening visit, the carbonara was nothing more than pasta with scrambled eggs—dry, with hardly any pecorino or any other cheese, and the guanciale was burnt. It really wasn't worth a single star. Sorry, it was a complete disappointment.

26/03/2026: First experience at a steakhouse. Everything was delicious and I highly recommend it. The appetizers were exceptional, especially the sweet potatoes and the salti in bocca (literally, they jumped in my mouth). Excellent meats, with so many choices and a flavor you definitely can't replicate at home. I'll definitely be back. Well done!

I noticed the sandwiches they were bringing to the other tables, and they looked really inviting.

On July 10th, we celebrated my son's wedding at Tenuta Spinola, and everything was simply beautiful!
The location is wonderful, with meticulous attention to every detail and a spectacular view overlooking the sea of Cefalù—a panorama that left all our guests breathless, especially at sunset.
The food was delicious, with high-quality ingredients and beautifully presented dishes. Special praise goes to all the staff: the service was attentive, impeccable, and professional from start to finish, making us feel pampered at every moment.
Thank you so much for making this day so special and perfect. Highly recommended!

25/04/2026: The structure itself isn't very interesting, just a stone observation tower, about 400 years old. It's locked with four bolts and a chain. Benches and an information board are located nearby. Nearby are pleasant small beaches. There's a small, free parking lot by the beach. To get here, you need to exit the highway well in advance.

04/08/2026: We visited this restaurant during a weekend in Palermo, and we couldn't have asked for a better dinner. The menu is breathtaking from the first glance, and the dishes make you want to return immediately after the first bite. We tried the sfincionelli, the pasta alla palermitana, the pasta with shrimp and pistachio, the deconstructed cannoli, and the lemon and mint ice cream, and I give every dish 5 stars. The staff is exceptional, attentive to every single need of the customer, and a special mention goes to Angelo, who is kind, friendly, and always ready to explain dishes, traditions, and anecdotes. A must-see if you're passing through Palermo, highly recommended!
02/08/2026: A wonderful evening at this restaurant, a balanced blend of innovation and tradition. We tried the sfincionelli (exceptional), the pasta alla palermitana, the shrimp and pistachio version, and to finish, the Sicilian cannoli (a deconstructed version, different from the usual but above all delicious) and the lemon and mint ice cream; everything was excellent, and the bill was definitely in line with the quality!
Special praise to Angelo, who entertained us often throughout the evening, sharing Palermo anecdotes, interesting facts about local dishes, and offering tips for our evening, all with a unique charm. A well-deserved 5 stars!
