29/08/2025: I tried both the excellent restaurant and pizzeria, with elastic, fragrant pizzas and first-rate local flavors. Among the Sicilian cuisine experiences without outrageous prices: I was lucky—the food was excellent, the service was excellent, and the venue was private and intimate, free from mass tourism. It's gold these days. Congratulations!

28/08/2025: I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The pizza is exceptional, and the dough is light and flavorful. The appetizers are also top-quality. I also tried a few first and second courses, and they were all delicious. I recommend it to everyone; the menu is varied, and everything I tried was delicious.

16/08/2025: After a long time I managed to go to this restaurant, a small but elegant and welcoming location. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Good food and excellent quality fish, if you find yourself in Mondello I recommend it.

14/06/2025: We had the best experience here during our time in Palermo. It’s a spot that is frequented by all of the locals, and everyone is like family. The food was the best of everything we had throughout our entire trip- HUGE portions at amazing prices and not a single bad dish to be had. Definitely stop by here if you have the chance!

02/09/2025: We went here for lunch and ordered seafood pasta and the grilled veal steak. When the food arrived we were met by a very unpleasant smell from the seafood pasta. The mussels had not been cleaned and were covered in barnacles and still had their beard. The smell made us fear food poisoning. As for the steak it was overcooked and quite tough to chew. It was served with nothing more than a few sallad leaves. I would not recommend this restaurant even though the staff was friendly and the decor was cozy.

27/08/2025: For the first time in this restaurant, the penne al pomodoro was excellent, the spaghetti alla norma was equally excellent, not to mention the veal cutlet Palermo-style, delicious.

13/09/2025: Inexperienced waiters, I would even say, they do not understand what is happening at all. When opening a bottle of prosecco, they flooded the entire room, they tried to wipe a huge puddle with my napkin, then took more napkins, but it did not help. We found a cleaner with a mop in about 10 minutes. The guys were not embarrassed by the situation, they just poured me the rest of the bottle. They do not have glasses for prosecco either. They brought side dishes before the main course in 20 minutes, the meat was indicated in the order and on the check 800 grams, but in reality it was about 300 minus the bone (100-150). The staff really does not understand the service. They never brought the change. I do not recommend this place.

08/09/2025: The ribs were juicy and delicious, my husband had the al magnum pizza and states it was delicious , music latino which gave us a nice atmosphere and the staff were very attentive and welcoming. Top notch, will definitely come back.

06/09/2025: I've known it for a while, and I had no doubts. At Pivo Restaurant, you'll find friendliness, professionalism, and quality, but ultimately, "quantity." I didn't remember these portions being truly satisfying. Prices are average, and these days it's hard to find a place where your food and your wallet are in harmony. I highly recommend it.

13/08/2025: The other night I went to this place with some relatives (it was all decided at the last minute). What can I say, it was really nice. We first had a hot appetizer (even though there were four of us, it was very generous) and then we had a pizza, which I must say was delicious. Very welcoming staff. I recommend it.

29/08/2025: The name perfectly reflects a typical Sicilian cuisine of the past. While eating, I was transported back in time; the perfect balance between price and quality is noteworthy. If you're in Palermo, it's a must-try.

24/08/2025: We came here on the recommendation of a local, and found exactly what we were hoping for: authenticity, generous portions, incredibly flavorful dishes, minimal frills and plenty of substance, at very fair prices. I also want to highlight the kindness of the owners: I had forgotten a valuable pair of glasses here; when I returned two days later (the next day was closed), they had been stored in a drawer waiting for me to come and retrieve them. An excellent experience in every way; come and let them guide you through a pasta dish with sardines (unmissable!!!!) and a fried fish or fishballs with tomato sauce.

06/04/2025: Stai is a very welcoming and comfortable place, large, with tables also outside. The drinks are cheap but nice. The staff are helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!

19/08/2025: We were here for the second time today. The atmosphere is fantastic. Great food at very reasonable prices. The service is fantastic, and with the large portions, they immediately notice when you need an amaro. All we can say is: thank you so much. We'll be happy to come back.
