06/09/2024: Il luogo è accogliente e vivace, nel centro di Balestrate, proprio sulla piazza, e il servizio è eccellente, ma è la pizza soprattutto a valere le cinque stelle, con tantissime tipologie fra cui poter scegliere, a prezzi accessibili. Lo staff è professionale e gentile e il pizzaiolo vi conquisterà con la sua simpatia.

04/05/2025: We practically ended up here by accident and went in out of curiosity. The ambiance is an incredibly pleasant surprise, relative to its appearance. The selection and quality of the food is outstanding. The menus are multilingual, including German...even if the machine translation is obviously faulty. Unfortunately, the staff was completely overwhelmed with a celebration in progress. We had to wait about an hour for our food. But the quality of the food made up for it.

On 2 buffet tables there was only 1 table with only 1 corner serving the first courses, endless crowd. The frame was better than the painting.

25/04/2025: I stopped for an aperitif attracted by the menu displayed outside and the old-fashioned gastronomy with visible products. We took two platters, one cheese and cured meats and one cheese and vegetables, accompanied by two glasses. The cured meats were not bad but nothing artisanal and nothing typical (Sicilian), a mortadella with pistachios, a baked dish, a spicy esplanade, in short, cured meats from Bologna, Parma and Calabria. More or less supermarket products. Same thing for cheeses. The only Sicilian note is a caponata among the vegetables. The wine, in this case a Syrah, is acidic and has little body. In short, we don't want to be called "wine and cheese", it's only good for tourists.
