Quid Gusto Siciliano In Palermo

I went to Quid and it was a great experience. I had a nicely topped pizza with quality ingredients. It was an experience I would repeat. TOP staff.

Very fine and refined, really good food and the pizzas are excellent.

Great restaurant. We had the local calzone and a cauliflower and licorice pasta. We ate at the restaurant next door the previous day and this was much better. Next to a nice park, quiet.

At our host's suggestion, we went to this small, impersonal restaurant that has nothing Sicilian about it. We had an appetizer of mixed fried fish, bavette quid, swordfish rolls, and a prickly pear dessert. There was no wow factor, nothing special.

Nice and clean place. The owner was very kind. I don't know about the food, as I only managed to eat an appetizer because the service was terrible. It may have been Easter Sunday, and that's understandable, but waiting over an hour for a first course and then, after much insistence, not being satisfied, considering it was just a simple pasta dish with meat sauce, is shameful. I'm giving it three stars solely for the owner, who is very kind and, I think, desperate.

One of the better restaurants in Palermo in our 3 days visit . Off tourist track , staff were professional . Very good value and food was of high quality . We ordered too much for a family of four but would high recommend this restaurant .

A very well-located restaurant, opposite a beautiful park, which looks very chic but offers very reasonable prices. The welcome was pleasant, however, the waiter assigned to our table was much less so! Not a smile, he ignored us, and we had to ask him for everything. It's a shame because the other waiters seemed more friendly. As for the food: The pizzas were fantastic. A real treat for just a few euros. Truly delicious from the first bite to the last. But why 4 stars for the food in this case? The dessert. I'm a tiramisu fan, so I ordered one (without being asked if I wanted dessert...). Surprise, the daily special had changed, and we were told it would be strawberry tiramisu. I decided to give it a try, seduced by the pizzas and convinced of Italian expertise. The tiramisu was actually made with mixed berries (I don't really like them to begin with...) and not strawberries. We didn't finish it, even between the two of us. A little disappointed, and it spoiled what had been such a great start to our meal. However, I think that normally, it's excellent. A superb place.

Delicious food and very friendly staff. And the restaurant opens early in the afternoon!
