03/08/2024: I believe without a doubt that this restaurant is currently among the best places to enjoy excellent Sicilian cuisine. The pasta with sea urchins, the mussels & clams and/or mussels & tenerumi are truly excellent! Even the appetizers (mixed fried fish, courgette flowers, milk croquettes) are delicious as are the pizza and the second courses of both meat and fish. I personally love grilled squid! A round of applause also goes to the manager of the restaurant, the staff and the pizza chef for their professionalism and courtesy! A MUST TRY for anyone in Palermo!

08/08/2024: To define the staff as courteous is an understatement. Fantastic products, the cannoli is an absolute must. As soon as I passed by, the smell of the bread captivated me and I decided that I had to stop and take a look, once I realized that it's a waste not to take something from them. I also got a takeaway sandwich and they told me I would fall in love with it at the first bite, so I did.

19/08/2024: A small bakery in Mondello that prepares delicious things at all hours. Excellent bread but both sweet and savory products are excellent. You can already smell the scent along the way! A special mention goes to the sfincione prepared by them: the best I've ever eaten! Try it to believe it!

10/08/2024: Nice place, there is the possibility of having tables outside or inside in an air-conditioned area. The food was good and the pizzas well cooked with quality ingredients. Excellent service. Only small flaw. The air-conditioned room, when full of people, could not be cool enough. For the rest, a recommended place. We will definitely return.

11/06/2024: Small, original place, with tables also outside, and a small internal lounge. Very close to via Libertà, the service is friendly and unobtrusive. The abundant platter (requested for 2 people, it was enough for 4 people) and the very pleasant draft beer.

19/05/2024: Restaurant located in one of the countless elegant buildings of Bagheria: Palazzo Corselli, which houses a B&B, with six rooms, overlooking the city. The overture restaurant of the structure itself welcomes the customer in a noir/chic environment, with vintage points, a legacy of the previous architectural structure. The kitchen, fushion, is directed by chef Gianluca Bonsignore, a trained, meticulous professional, attentive to new techniques, even on bread products. Small but exhaustive menu, with traditional local dishes in a semi-gourmet style, where the raw materials are selected within the spectrum of native seasonality. Wine list in working progress, with a good selection of regional and international wineries, and a wide choice of cocktails. Room service present, friendly and helpful. Excellent value for money, obviously in line with the range of peers in the sector. The only negative note is the non-application of The Fork discounts, which were implemented only after a reminder.
