03/06/2026: Excellent restaurant! The dishes and food are exquisite. The service is quick and friendly. They have different seating areas, and the waitresses are very attractive. The prices are reasonable, and the atmosphere is lovely. Highly recommended.

02/08/2026: A typical, high-quality neighborhood Italian pastry shop! Air-conditioned, cold, a counter packed with selections, perfect colors, and a thousand flavors of pastries. All the pastries are delicious, the service is friendly, and very fresh. Absolutely LOCAL. I've tried various pastries, and they're all delicious. They leave you feeling like you've tasted a little bit of Palermo.

04/11/2025: We went to Le Terme in July. We were told that it is Cefalù's bedt restaurant, and that's true. My partner had the spaghettone and a glass of white Grillo. Both were excellent. I had the risotto and the mackerel. Also very good. The place is great, the service flawless and the food is absolutely magnificent. I really recommend Le Terme. Top shelf cooking, absolutely stunning. (The photos don't look great because I took them at night.)

12/08/2026: We booked a table for 9:30 PM, but were forced to wait outside for a good 40 minutes because the place was too crowded. The wait management was terrible, but unfortunately, that turned out to be the least of our problems. Once seated at the table, we immediately noticed that a knife was missing from the cutlery. We asked the staff several times, but they literally refused to bring it, dismissing us with the excuse that the meat knife would be brought directly. This was truly unprofessional, especially considering that the cover charge is extra (€2.50 per person), and the least you expect is to have a complete table setting before starting. As for the food, we ordered a platter of meat, potatoes, and cured meats: the quality was good, but honestly, we expected more than the price and expectations. Overall, a barely passable experience. Given the service we received and the poor organization, it's not a place we'll return to.

10/08/2026: Despite being exhausted by our hectic and chaotic requests, the staff proved extremely friendly and helpful, virtues that make this osteria a pleasant setting for a dinner with friends. We sampled a truly worthy fillet steak and veal tartare, paired with an excellent house wine. If you want to try this osteria's specialties, don't settle for the sandwiches; instead, try the meat cuts, and above all, don't miss the sand-baked Fornarina potatoes: this side dish was the highlight that turned our dinner around. A fine osteria that anyone in Palermo absolutely must try at least once.

18/07/2026: Huge variety of vegan dishes, and many vegetarian ones that can be veganized. The glazed tofu with pepper cream was delicious, and the chef and her husband were very friendly and helpful, explaining everything in detail. We also had the tofu and pepper pasta, which was delicious and creamy—you have to like pepper. The vegan desserts were all amazing!!! So good we forgot to take photos 😅, but we did order an Aranciocco (chocolate mousse) and two Beddamatri (almond parfaits)—highly recommended. Best choice in Palermo if you want delicious food, with sophisticated, vegan recipes!

14/07/2026: What a wonderful discovery on Via Marche. I spent a memorable evening enjoying dishes crafted with attention to every detail, from the presentation to the quality of the ingredients. It's rare to find such a perfect balance between flavor and aesthetics. I particularly appreciated the dessert decorated with a small apple drawn on top with cinnamon, a classy touch that shows great attention to detail. I will definitely return to try other items on the menu.
