A welcoming and authentic atmosphere, truly delicious pizza, and reasonable prices. The place was packed, with many people waiting: a sign that they really know their craft. A simple yet high-quality place, where you can breathe in the authentic Palermo atmosphere.
07/10/2025: We celebrated (half) my son's birthday at this place, at his recommendation, as he had been there before.
After spending €150 for two appetizers, six pizzas, and six cans of drinks, we weren't allowed to open the bottle of non-alcoholic sparkling wine I had brought with me. So we celebrated his birthday at home, even bringing the cake back with us, something that had never happened at other places in the city.

15/03/2026: I can't help but give this place a positive review. It surprised me with one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten! I went yesterday with my family and had a truly excellent pizza, especially the dough: soft and light, well-seasoned, perfectly cooked, and above all, at a truly affordable price! No bloating or feeling heavy after eating, which I often experience with other pizzas. The atmosphere was quiet; even though it was a Saturday, there wasn't much noise, which I personally appreciated. The service was good, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the owner was very nice. I recommend it to everyone; I'll definitely be back!

16/11/2025: I'm updating my review from 4 to 5 stars because the pizzas, first courses, and second courses were truly excellent! We've always eaten well here, but now it seems much improved. And Gratteri remains a truly charming village...

15/10/2025: One of the best fine dining restaurants in the city. Excellent ingredients, exquisite dishes, very attentive and friendly staff, and a romantic atmosphere. We thank Roberto, Sante, and the entire restaurant team. I recommend it to anyone looking for a charming place, especially for special occasions.
14/10/2025: This is the best restaurant we have been to in Sicily. Such a warm embrace from the moment we stepped into the establishment, and food that was divine. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the dinner, and plan to return, but the best example of this restaurant’s class was personally driving us home during a rainstorm. Where else does that? Not a single Michelin, nor places at 20x the price. This is one of the finest experiences for food and comfort in the world.

08/03/2026: A trip with friends, we chose it after much deliberation and can confirm that it's a great place to stop for lunch.
Compliments to the lady who also served us, always smiling and friendly.
The fresh pasta with mushrooms and sausage is my favorite.
01/03/2026: Excellent cuisine, all served with the utmost courtesy by the wait staff. The charcuterie and cheese platter was very good and generous. As I mentioned, we also ordered the Cuddura, a sublime fried pizza with anchovies... It melted in your mouth. The pappardelle with wild boar ragù and the fettuccine with Bronte pistachio cream were also very good. Good value, around €25 per person.

27/01/2026: For Apple fans, and even those who aren't, there's a special place where you can discover the company's history in an alternative way. Passing through the museum, you arrive at a wonderful restaurant overlooking the cathedral, where you can enjoy top-quality food and wine with impeccable service and an atmosphere. My fiancé and I tried the tasting menu and were immensely satisfied, not only with the quality, but also with the quantity, and above all with the excellent attention to detail. We can't recommend it highly enough. Thanks to all the staff who made us feel so pampered!
19/01/2026: Sensational! An attractive, unique atmosphere; highly professional service; and the food (Contaminazione menu) was absolutely outstanding. A feast for the senses and the palate. And the value for money is excellent.

08/03/2026: Had a lovely birthday meal here - a beautiful upscale setting, a service concept attentive to international guests, a comprehensive Sicily-focused wine list with something for every budget, including a good by-the-glass selection, the Caponata was gorgeous, the Pasta con le Sarde had a beautiful depth though a bit burned when being finished in the oven. A good choice for a special meal.

We stumbled upon it by accident, and I don't think we'll be back.
11/03/2026: You know that feeling when you walk into a place with chairs after climbing a mountain and all you want is to rest a bit?
Well, that's what happened to me when I opened the menu and it took me more than 10 minutes to choose from the many delicacies described.
The appetizers? Forget the classic ones you find everywhere.
The pizzas? In addition to the classic ones that are a must-have, there are the special ones, which obviously, if they have that name, must have a reason. Right?
Plus, for a small surcharge, you can really put the icing on the cake... er... burrata on your pizza.
All quality ingredients.
The service is excellent.
