28/07/2025: Very cheap pizza – €1.40 for a really large slice. The value for money was very good, to say the least. It wasn't the best pizza I've ever had, but it was really decent.

27/07/2025: We had 4 pizza for takeaway good pizza for a good price we definitely go back when I am in the neighborhood again.

18/08/2025: Excellent food and a welcoming place. We loved it so much we had lunch there three days in a row. The caponata was excellent, and so much more. Well done.

07/09/2025: Superb dinner! The place is welcoming, as is the highly trained staff. Excellent food...the pasta with sea urchins is superb, generous portions;). The place is also suitable for children. The owners are exquisite and very kind, and to top it off, a cellar of refined wines. We'll see you again soon.

02/09/2025: First courses, green gold, decent black cuttlefish, no fried food at all, 25 euros for goodness sake, tiny squid full of oil, 3 prawns, bitter squid, 15 euros for 4 cod meatballs with mayonnaise on top, I changed my mind

29/08/2025: We spent a lovely evening with friends who invited us to an event. The staff was courteous and attentive. The location was beautiful and well-kept. The pizza in Norma was nothing special. At least not according to the menu chosen by our hosts. All in all, I would return to try other types of pizza; I'm sure they'll be good.

24/08/2025: Nice place, quick takeout service, but disappointing both with the pizza and the price. You can't pay €9.50 for a simple diavola, especially if the ingredients aren't high-quality. The dough hadn't risen at all, and you could taste the sweetness of the sugar used to speed up the process. Also, many pizzas were missing ingredients. The place seems nice, as does the staff. I think the food isn't up to par with everything else.

31/08/2025: Restaurant was in a prime location with a sea view but the food falls completely short of standards. I ordered a shrimp and prawn based pasta dish with pistachio pesto. What came was a poor excuse for a dish with a mushy, bland sauce that did not resemble pesto in the slightest. Restaurant originally tried to charge us despite me sending the food back. Would not recommend, likely a tourist trap.

31/08/2025: I have been going to this pizzeria restaurant for three years, every year with great pleasure during my week on holiday in Cefalu. The staff is exquisite, the food is always fresh and delicious, everything is impeccable, and their very digestible pizza is not to be missed!

04/09/2025: Very friendly staff, very nice for a short pitstop with a tasty snack and a cold beverage. We visited in late August, so it was hot. Sometimes, you'll find staff who can't be bothered, but that was not the case here. They are kind, and made us feel very welcome. We had a panino which was a slice of heaven, and one of the best I've eaten in Italy (having lived in Italy for 2+ years and travelling to the country for ages, it's saying quite a lot). I had the opposite experience in Caccamo, for instance, and missed this place dearly this past week. There's always a fear that in touristy areas you'll overpay and get a lousy experience. That wasn't the case here - the people who work here will do their best, and it shows. It's trendy, pleasant to sit outside, beautiful, and the food... just great! Thank you for your kind service.

04/09/2025: We came here on the recommendation of the owner of Uva Club for an after-dinner drink. It's a cozy place.

14/08/2025: Very good desserts, decent deli food; last year they made mushroom and vegetable pizzas, and other deli items that you don't see at the counter anymore. Coffee is expensive at €1.30, a problem with many bars, unfortunately.

08/09/2025: Good atmosphere, music and interior design. But the two pasta dishes we ordered were overcooked. The steak was ok but the cocktails are really not ok. Greta Spaso was very salty and the the mango onewas too strong

22/08/2025: Debating reviewing but felt it could be useful for other travelers. We opted to stay closer to our hotel, versus walking into the main area for dinner. This place had great reviews and the server was sweet but our two pizzas were forgotten about (we were the only two people in the restaurant), and brought to us after 45 mins…no one acknowledged the wait, apologized, or anything. Sadly my pizza was soupy and raw because they had rushed it when they realized they forgot it so I didn’t actually eat any of it. No one acknowledged this either so we just paid and left. Ordered some delicious food from Glovo for delivery and called it a night.

07/06/2025: Il Bar D ‘ Amore è il mio posto del cuore! Ogni volta che ci entro, mi sento subito a casa. Oggi ho preso due arancine per i miei figli e il ragù dentro è pazzesco, proprio come quello che faceva la mia nonna! E non parliamo delle granite: quella al pistacchio è qualcosa di spettacolare! Se hai fame a pranzo, puoi stare sicuro che lì trovi tutto quello che ti serve, dai panini super ai piatti del giorno. Per me, sono i numeri uno! Un grande grazie a tutto il team: Michele, Salvo, Gabriele, Salvo , Calogero, Fabio e Vincenzo .Se non ci siete ancora stati, dovete assolutamente farci un salto!

02/06/2025: I absolutely recommend this place! Santa Cristina Gela is a beautiful small and beautifully situated village. There is not much to do, but the people are super friendly and the town has a nice atmosphere, also thanks to Albergo Belvedere! We stayed here after the first stage of the Magna Via Francigena and the owners Giovanni and Mimma welcomed us very warmly. Giovanni is also a good chef and we enjoyed both the delicious dinner and the energetic breakfast. This place completely recharged me to be able to complete the second tough stage of the Magna via. Giovanni and Mimma, it was very nice to meet you and thank you for the good energy during our Magna via. Grazie Mille !

26/05/2025: Great hospitality from Giovanni and Mimma. Highly recommended as a stopover when walking the MVF. The food is exceptional, the cannoli and ricotta the best I’ve ever had.
