05/04/2026: Nestled in the Madonie Mountains, it's one of those restaurants where you immediately sense that everything is authentic: from the flavors to the simple hospitality. I ate wonderfully, with authentic dishes that taste like home, prepared with fresh, local ingredients.

04/04/2026: What can I say? I've attached photos of the dishes I managed to capture before they were devoured, but there was even more that was superb. A beautiful location to escape the hustle and bustle of city life with peace, tranquility, and super fresh, clean air. The food was all fantastic, as was the owner, who made us feel like we were at a relative's house. Amazing value for money.

19/10/2025: We came here to relax in a nice hotel with a beautiful view and a Michelin star rating. The road resembles a military road. The service was terrible: no one helped with our luggage, so we had to walk back and forth to the parking lot in the rain to get our suitcases. We got soaked, and the promised welcome drink never arrived – we waited half an hour for the bartender. They didn't explain where everything was on the property. The bathroom door wouldn't close at all (hello to newlyweds). There was a mouse running around the room. The hot water in the tap was lukewarm. Overall, even without considering the price of 400+ euros per night, this is the worst service we've experienced in Sicily in two weeks of traveling. It feels like the hotel isn't owned by Italians.

13/10/2025: On the recommendation of a friend, I had lunch at Susafa. I'm afraid it was a poor experience. It was in the outdoor restaurant whose canopy was a mesh with holes. When it began to rain, all the diners got wet. No umbrellas were provided. The chefs & waitresses stayed under their covered area & instructed the diners to go to the main dining room. In the dining room, no towels were provided but the diners were told that only the snack menu was available. In fact, only one item (a type of pasty) was being served. On asking for the bill, the first waitress took some time before telling me wasn't able to give it to me. All rather amateurish.

31/03/2026: Decent food, horrible staff, only the waitress was very kind, the owner was rude when we asked for a bottle of Coke, terrible service, owner who was rude, don't go to this place.
