07/06/2026: Unfortunately, it wasn't a great evening. We made reservations for Saturday afternoon. We arrived and ordered drinks, only to discover that despite it being a busy day, they were out of beer. They only had three types, all 33 cl. There were 18 of us. The food was pretty poor, with poor-quality pizzas and subpar ingredients. The only positive aspect was the service, but it was handled by just one person. The other waiters, besides being rude, couldn't take orders (food, drinks, or anything else) because everything had to be handled by just one person, who, despite running around, obviously couldn't handle everything properly. I'm sorry, but I don't think I'll be returning to this place again, first and last time.

08/04/2026: I was put off by the very mixed reviews, but we came anyway, and now I understand the comments: At first glance, the place seems like someone put a lot of thought into it, thanks to the unique names of the pizzas and the decor. In reality, though, the operation is rather half-hearted, and the staff seem more preoccupied with themselves. It's not very clean, a lot of things are broken, and the service isn't exactly attentive. I can imagine you could have really bad luck here. But whatever. The view is great, and the pizza was actually better than expected—quite good, in fact. The fact that the pizza maker himself barely speaks Italian and only recently immigrated almost makes you feel at home. Be warned: there's absolutely no shade, so this place is only for sunset and later.

09/07/2026: Unfortunately, it was a disappointment. After waiting for more than 5 minutes, we still hadn't been served. An Italian family at the next table was being served and already had their drinks. After asking again after 10 minutes, we left. As we were leaving, we were spoken to rudely. At Lido Fale, we received excellent service.

09/07/2026: Unfortunately, we can only rate the service, as we weren't able to go any further. I'd like to point out that this is the first negative review I've written. We travel to Italy at least three times a year, so we have a good basis for comparison. Unfortunately, we felt unwelcome as foreign guests. We arrived at three other tables at the same time. The two Italian families quickly received their menus and were served shortly thereafter. We were sitting right next to them, but were completely ignored. When the next table had already received their drinks and we still didn't even have our menus, we politely tried to get the staff's attention by saying, "Excuse me." The waitress simply replied, "One moment." However, she immediately set about rearranging the chairs at the empty tables and then disappeared, without attending to us. At that moment, the restaurant had about six tables occupied, less than a third of its capacity. There was no stressful situation or particularly crowded situation that could justify this behavior. Unfortunately, we don't speak Italian, otherwise we would have gladly asked why all the other customers were being served while we continued to be ignored. In the end, we felt so unwelcome that we decided to leave. Before leaving, we tried to explain, politely and in English, the reason for our decision. We don't know if our message was understood. Afterwards, we went to the nearby Lido Falò, where we were greeted with a friendly "Buongiorno" right at the entrance. After our recent experience, we were truly pleased, and we felt immediately welcome. We can't therefore comment on the food or drinks, but we can evaluate the service. Unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. In our entire lives, we have never felt so unwanted in a restaurant or beach resort as we did at Lido Pianeta.

01/04/2026: The atmosphere is simple and authentic, and the dishes are made with quality ingredients and quite well. The staff are friendly and helpful. Simple but delicious.
