We were also pleasantly surprised by the very low bill—significantly lower than most places we visited during our week-long trip to Sicily. 11/05/2026: Definitely the best pizza we've ever eaten. The dough is so thin it's almost nonexistent. The taste made us go back a second time and tried other dishes – definitely worth it. The staff was smiling and multilingual. A fantastic place. We've been to several places in Cinisi, but this is our "one."

03/05/2026: Extremely long waits, and usually when I ask other pizzerias to make a Margherita pizza as quickly as possible for a child rather than wait as long as we adults do, they've never given me any problems. Here, the child had to eat at 10:45 PM with a table booked for 9:00 PM. There are small adjustments that make all the difference.

25/04/2026: The structure itself isn't very interesting, just a stone observation tower, about 400 years old. It's locked with four bolts and a chain. Benches and an information board are located nearby. Nearby are pleasant small beaches. There's a small, free parking lot by the beach. To get here, you need to exit the highway well in advance.

11/04/2026: While in town, I discovered this shop offering excellent, very flavorful chicken. I was surprised by the speed of service; I was served in just two minutes. For chicken and fries lovers, it's a must-try! 👌
