We had dinner with a friend of mine. We ordered a mixed Piedmontese antipasto with peppers and bagna cauda, Tomini al verde, cured meats with tuna sauce, Russian salad, and a sweet and sour vegetable salad. The portions were generous and varied. We ordered the plin with roast beef sauce (please don't garnish with parsley!)
A generous revisited house bunet and bergamot-flavored panna cotta
Limoncello was offered at checkout
The decor is modern and original
The staff is young and enterprising

Truly a surprising trattoria!
The octopus is incredible: incredibly tender and perfectly cooked, one of the best I've ever eaten. The staff is friendly, kind, and always attentive, which really makes the difference. The desserts are a must: amazing, you can taste the quality.
Highly recommended, I'll definitely be back!

3-star atmosphere because it's a bit noisy; I'd recommend installing soundproofing panels.
Otherwise, it was very, very good.
The infrastructure is that of a trattoria, but I left there much happier than I was at a Michelin-starred restaurant in Bormes-les-Mimosas.
Am I wrong? Oh well.
Anyway, Anthony is friendly and very smart, Roberta is very attentive, and the cook is truly excellent.
We had fish, which was excellently cooked and very fresh. We'll see next time, but I'm confident I'm playing it safe.

The cuisine is authentic.
A must-see for anyone who wants a piece of home, away from home! And the dishes are prepared with so much love, using fresh, seasonal ingredients. You'll lose yourself in the flavors (they remind you of your childhood). The service is warm and welcoming, like a mother hugging you. "Unmissable!" The staff is kind, smiling, and always ready to offer the best recommendations. The prices are reasonable. A must-see for anyone who wants to savor authentic Italian cuisine! Excellent lunch at Trattoria POP.
The restaurant is easy to find as it's very close to the Lingotto metro station. The atmosphere is modern and welcoming, and the staff is friendly and professional. The dishes were all delicious and excellent value...a truly excellent choice if you're looking for a good restaurant in Turin!
