The place is stunning, the kind that immediately makes you feel like you're on a special occasion. The atmosphere, the decor, the attention to detail: the place deserves five stars in itself. ​But the real journey begins when the food arrives. The dishes are extraordinary, and the chef demonstrates unique creativity. Original preparations, bold combinations that work perfectly. A true celebration of good food. ​Dinner here was a gift we wanted to give ourselves. And my sincere advice is: you deserve it too! ​Special praise to the delightful staff, always attentive, never intrusive, and always capable of putting a smile on your face. A well-deserved 5 stars, starting with the location - the Galleria Umberto I has a charm all its own. Service - attentive, polite, but no frills... well done!!! Ambience - very, very pleasant, with the right lighting, warm colors, and above all, they've kept some original period details intact... and finally, the restroom (never underestimated) is immaculate and well-appointed, with perfect background music!!! They also have a very well-kept upstairs room with windows overlooking the Galleria, very charming. Food - everything I ordered was good, the veal with tuna sauce, the grissinopoli, and the dessert, and the wine list was good. Whether for a romantic dinner or with friends, I recommend it!

Surprising. The food is traditional and not really delicious. The service was very kind and professional. I have one minor but hopefully constructive point: we didn't have a plate to serve the oil with the bread. But still, 5 stars because we absolutely need more places like this.

Truly excellent food, in a charming and relaxed setting. The staff were competent and professional, but with that extra touch of human kindness. The chef came personally at the end of the evening to make sure we'd enjoyed everything: a truly kind gesture! The only very small (and truly minor) criticism would be that, being a small restaurant, the noise can be a bit distracting when it's busy. But overall, absolutely recommended!

28/03/2026: I often have the pleasure of dining at this restaurant, and I can say without hesitation that it's always a memorable experience. The first thing that strikes me is the quality of the ingredients: everything is extremely authentic, and you can sense the care taken in selecting the ingredients, the homemade style, and the respect for tradition. I started with a rich and well-stocked mixed antipasto platter, which included both hot and cold dishes, each different and incredibly fresh. Each bite is balanced and flavorful, with authentic flavors reminiscent of traditional cuisine. This was followed by a truly excellent grilled meat skewer: the quality was superb, perfectly cooked, and the full, juicy flavor was capable of satisfying even the most discerning palates. The finale was simply delicious: a typical Tuscan pan-fried apple sauce accompanied by excellent jam. A simple but perfectly executed dessert, it capped off the meal on a warm, traditional note. This place is a true gem just outside Turin, a restaurant that values ​​authenticity and uncompromising quality, with carefully crafted dishes and authentic flavors. Highly recommended for those seeking authentic cuisine, rich in tradition, and at a truly fair price—which never hurts. The staff and hospitality are top-notch.

Trattoria L'ultima spiaggia

08/04/2026: Personally, I love this place and I love Vittorio. I've been going there for over 15 years, and each time has been a unique experience. I won't talk about the quality of the food, the location, or the service; those aren't the reasons I go here and why I'll continue to go as long as I can. 5 stars aren't enough.
