The food is excellent, the owner is exceptional to say the least, Barbara is a wonderful person with customers and also super good at the sweetness of the girl who serves. They always have fresh pastries that they offer at the end of the meal and in any case every dish I have had is always very special. .....I must say that whenever I can I always gladly go back! I highly recommend it and even more!

In un’accogliente location del centro storico di Pinerolo è situata l’osteria la mimosa. Che poi non è un’osteria. È un ristorante che propone piatti di alta qualità, molto ben curati. Ci torno sempre volentieri! Ottimo rapporto prezzo qualità. Personale molto professionale e ambiente tranquillo e curato nei particolari.

30/03/2024: Excellent from all points of view, good quality/price ratio, honest wine list. Perhaps the €4 cover charge is excessive.
26/03/2024: From the reputation it has, I was a little disappointed. Fake classic environment, a little too lit with cold light. Friendly and professional staff. Interesting enough menu, but not all dishes are well made. Good raw fish, but the oyster didn't look good and the water inside was too much. Very good prawn tartare. Fresh seafood pasta... Nothing special. Cod and artichokes, good, fried artichokes and prawns, I remembered them all night. We didn't like the desserts, but you can't say they were terrible. In the end, excessive price for what was served.
