Dishes with attention to detail, particular and truly excellent! More than generous portions and excellent service! Ceviche sublime! I really appreciated the idea of ​​a challenge to guess the ingredients of one of their dishes. I find it a really interesting way to get the customer to really appreciate every single bite of the dish, a great experience! I will definitely come back

Booked close to Easter for lunch with The Fork, excellent first time in this place. We opted for the fixed menu at 35 euros for the whole table, definitely a mention for the brandacujun, excellent. Remarkable value for money and very good and smiling girls in the room, we will be back.

Among the places in San Salvario it is certainly one of the best in terms of value for money. The meat is excellent and in fact I was told by the owner that they get supplies from the 3 meat butcher's shop in Piazza Nizza, which is one of the best. The house wine is excellent (both Arneis and Barbera). The dining room staff is very kind and helpful. Overall, for this price range I definitely recommend it.
