11/01/2025: Nice place in the historic center of Pinerolo. Superb welcome, authentic and attentive service. Interesting dishes, both land and sea. I recommend the tasting menu (available in meat or fish versions) which, with smaller portions, offers a tasty journey for the palate. Good tiramisu. Convenient to be able to book via WhatsApp too.

09/01/2025: We came from Turin (my wife and I) to take a walk in the center of Pinerolo and stopped to eat at the Perbacco restaurant. Food: excellent quality. We took the land menu. Delicious and served to perfection. Location very well looked after in detail. The service was practically perfect. The girls explained each dish to us and were very kind. They put us at ease. The bill was low compared to what was eaten, both in terms of quantity and quality. I recommend this place to anyone who finds themselves in the center of Pinerolo. We will return with the rest of the family

17/01/2025: Potrebbe essere definito un bistrot di tendenziale qualità. Ambiente carino. Nulla di più. Ma caldo. A suo merito. Menu’ intelligente, per contenere i prezzi. Operazione riuscita con un apprezzabile compromesso: pesce di prima scelta- pesce pregiato non di allevamento- pressoché’ assente, senza che la obbligata correzione alteri però in negativo la vocazione del locale. Bravi i proprietari. Di ingresso abbiamo preso una triglia di scoglio ottima ed una tartare, pure ottima; buono un risotto con i gamberi, discreto un filetto di tonno scottato. Il tutto annaffiato con un Arneis. Prezzo in perfetta linea con i dettati del sito. Corretto.

04/01/2025: Reference place for vegan breakfast/snack in Turin; the tagliottino, the strudel and the cannoli stuffed with veg cream are excellent. For lunch, definitely try the seitan with red wine! The aperitif with drink and platter is also good 😌 plus very kind staff

I have so many good memories linked to this place and it makes my heart cry to know that we will no longer sit at its tables, and if I think about the reason, I feel quite pissed off at the system that allowed a place like this to close. Goodbye Shamrock, you have been a cornerstone of our social life, we hope to at least see you again elsewhere
