04/01/2026: We visited this restaurant to try traditional Piedmontese cuisine, and it was a great choice. We ate excellent agnolotti, and the cheese selection was fantastic. The wine selection is extensive and of high quality. Highly recommended.

There is very limited amount of sitting inside and it can get cramped when "al Banco" The food is delicious and the drinks (coffee) were well made and on spot. Definitely recommend this place for coffee and dessert, just be prepared to be crowded since its an amazing place for food...

08/12/2025: I tried the linguine with red mullet and avocado cream, and I have to say I was truly impressed. The red mullet is delicate and pairs beautifully with the linguine. The avocado cream is soft and fresh, tying everything together perfectly without overpowering the other flavors. The presentation is also meticulous, making the dish even more inviting. It's definitely worth a try. Elegant setting, excellent service.

The menu is extensive and will satisfy those seeking Piedmontese—and Moncalieri—traditional dishes, with a menu dedicated to the famous "Trippa di Moncalieri" (Moncalieri Tripe)—as well as those who appreciate modern interpretations without going overboard. The wine list meets expectations and is fully in line with the culinary offerings, although perhaps a little overpriced. The dishes are beautifully presented, tastefully prepared, and the portions, while not abundant, are completely satisfying. It's not a cheap place, but it's adequate for the quality of the offerings. The restaurant is meticulously maintained down to the smallest details. The urban setting doesn't favor it compared to similarly priced options, quite the opposite... while the easy parking in Piazza del Mercato, just a few meters away, is a definite plus, except during periods when the city organizes events at the nearby PalaExpo.
