18/05/2025: We ended up there by chance, I have to say that we felt at home, very good and very kind people, it's a shame we are Ligurian, if it were here we would be regular customers, the pizza and the pancakes with Nutella are special, what can I say? Well done, keep it up 👍

05/09/2025: We stayed in Locana, a wonderful place. We went to Tiziano, a place I HIGHLY recommend. Excellent food, impeccable service, very kind, attentive, helpful, and super friendly staff! The venison with polenta is noteworthy, the risotto is fabulous, but the pizza is also excellent, and the portions are generous! Exceptional desserts! You can't go wrong, a guarantee! We'll definitely be back when we return to Locana. Thank you for your warmth, you truly made us feel at home 🥰

24/08/2025: Don't come if you want to eat local food. It's a tourist restaurant (fish, meat, pizza), the first courses are not of high quality, the service is polite and friendly, and the location is average. But if you're a hiker who wants to eat local food after a trek, I don't recommend it.

29/08/2025: A trattoria—or rather, Piola—that perfectly reflects Turin's culinary tradition. I have to give it four stars because I didn't find anything exceptional in the dishes I chose, but they leave me wanting to return and try their entire repertoire. Approved, see you next time!

28/07/2025: A typical Turin pizzeria with just a few tables and a retro, family-friendly atmosphere. We tried some appetizers, including vitello tonnato, stuffed peppers, primo sale cheese with caramelized onion, and tongue with salsa verde—all quite good.

20/07/2025: La piola si trova a ridosso del centro storico di Torino, a pochissimi passi da Piazza Vittorio (in posizione non fortunatissima secondo me). All'interno tutto sembra rimasto fermo a un'Italia che non esiste più, con arredi in legno massello e articoli di giornale della prima repubblica attaccati alle pareti. Il cibo, buono, è coerente con la location: quelli che vengono serviti sono infatti i piatti classici della tradizione piemontese. Io ho preso un tagliere piemontese (sicuramente troppo abbondante per una sola persona, va diviso), nel quale ho trovato formaggi e salumi di qualità, e a seguire un bunet (tra i più buoni mai mangiati). Sicuramente tornerò per provare i primi e secondi, dato che quelli che ho visto portare agli altri tavoli sembravano momlto buoni.

30/08/2025: It's fallen significantly since the last time I had lunch (about 2 years ago), both in terms of food quality and service, which isn't commensurate with the price. Too bad.

06/09/2025: We were after an early dinner, and couldn't wait until later. This wonderful place with good reviews was open on a Saturday afternoon. Staff were great, and we had a very good Vitello Tonnato, and some EXTREMELY good pastas, with a perfect caponata. The wine list is well curated, with many good value wines and some gems. 100% would return, and recommended. Could not fault it at all.

26/08/2025: Excellent dinner, a bit disappointed by the cake called "la torronata." Otherwise, the fish is truly excellent! The wine cellar is well-stocked, and the sommelier makes the right selection.

24/08/2025: A friend recommended this place. I made a last-minute reservation, and they told me they still had a place, but to hurry; we'd be the first ones there that night. We were warmly welcomed; the place was spacious and well-decorated. After taking our order, they invited us into the cellar to choose our wine. It was like walking into a toy room; you're not sure where to find your way; there were all kinds of wines from all over the world. I really appreciated the fact that each wine had a price tag already printed on it. The fish menu, from raw to cooked, was excellent and wide. Prices were moderate, but obviously, if you get carried away, the final bill could change. Excellent place, highly recommended. Very friendly staff and superb food.

10/08/2025: I went there for lunch with a friend after a nice bike ride. The people were very friendly, the food was good, the wait time was excellent, and the price was average! I would go back 😄😁😀

17/08/2025: I'd already had lunch here in the fall (and I remember the truly extraordinary cabbage and sausage agnolotti), and I returned in the summer. Once again, everything was delicious, in a pleasant, welcoming setting. The amuse-bouche with plums and pancetta was simple and delicious, and the mixed antipasti (four, more or less your choice: let's say the chef chooses, but if you have strong preferences, let me know. In my case, flan, rabbit tuna, vitello tonnato, and Russian salad) were hard to choose from. The first courses were good, with the softest gnocchi and tajarin. The sweet and sour rabbit (very delicate) was fabulous. The desserts were perhaps a bit subpar: the brick was good but not memorable, and on a damned flat plate that made it hard to finish, a sort of deconstructed tiramisu with cantucci biscuits instead of ladyfingers, good but not extraordinary. The wine cellar was adequate. Tasting menu €37, appetizers €20, main courses between €12 and €15. I'd say about €45 per person, plus wine.

14/08/2025: Characteristic and very refined atmosphere. Top-quality ingredients and excellent presentation. Good selection of wines. Good value for money. I recommend it.

08/08/2025: Three of us came on a Friday evening, nothing to say it was a treat. Small dishes that you can share. A great team, smiling and who can speak your language. The place is noisy but we are in Italy. You can have a view of the street or the kitchen, it's up to you. Thanks again to the team

12/09/2025: Dinner with friends. The table service is a bit...cheerful. Drinks are brought without trays and in huge plastic cups. The farinata isn't the best, and the pizzas arrive before the farinata plates are removed. The pizza has a good dough and a considerable amount of burrata. The dessert display is spectacular.

15/09/2025: I'm Spatolisano Marco, I've always been a waiter. I've found the service excellent, the food excellent, and I recommend it for couples or groups. Grilled meat specialties. FANTASTIC. CLEAN. SERVICIOUS. FAST. RATING 10.
