I'm celebrating a surprise birthday... my wife takes me to this typical Piedmontese restaurant and what can I say... fresh products and an exceptional menu, not to mention the quick and courteous service. The chef is absolutely phenomenal!!! I forgot... selected wines all from the surrounding areas...we will definitely be back!!!

Arrived by chance. A real fortune. A rich and tasty menu. Fabulous starter and incredibly good first course. I would say magical. Nice wine list. Impeccable service. Nice place, very traditional. In conclusion, beyond all expectations. Compliments.

We went to celebrate our wedding on Saturday 16 March with 3 children, 2 of which were one year old, in total we were 13 people. We ate à la carte and each one had no waiting between one opening and another as well as being genuine and refined food in a welcoming and very clean environment. But the thing that pleased us was knowing that the cake we wanted so much would be made by the owner that same morning: a delicious millefeuille that all the guests praised us for. The price absolutely in line with the quality.

Overall we expected more. The inn offers classic and traditional cuisine with local production of fresh pasta and desserts. The dishes, to our taste, in particular the gnocchi with drool and the plin stuffed with leg, as well as the pumpkin flan, did not convince us. Pumpkin flan: too many eggs in the mixture and the accompanying sauce had little flavor, it tasted little like pumpkin and the caramelized onion didn't go well with the combination. Gnocchi: the gnocchi itself is good, but the seasoning is not very tasty Plin stuffed with leg: pasta rolled too thick and filling with little flavor, they did not intercept the chestnuts. Rustic but pleasant environment, on a Monday in March the service was precise and attentive. We judge the mark-up on wine and also the overall cash flow to be correct.

Siamo andati in questo ristorante dopo la visita al castello di Cavour (1 5 minuti a piedi e assolutamente imperdibile) e abbiamo trovato una cucina ottima presentata molto bene in un ambiente famigliare. E' cucina tipica piemontese (c'era anche il tartufo) ma io ho trovato sul menù opzioni vegetariane. Vino ottimo.
