We ate as a family at this restaurant, carefully chosen because we are gluten, lactose, and tomato intolerant.
They welcomed us warmly and delighted us with the best traditional Turin dishes, such as veal with tuna sauce (and its divine sauce), Piedmontese beef tartare with PGI hazelnut mayonnaise, gluten-free plin filled with meat, cardoons as vegetables, and finally a sliced Piedmontese beef steak.
I must say that a 10 out of 10 is the minimum, not only for the excellent quality and deliciousness of the dishes, but also for the friendliness of the staff, their kindness, and their ability to make us feel truly at home.
Truly congratulations! We will definitely return and recommend this fantastic restaurant to family, friends, and acquaintances!

We came as a couple on a very good recommendation.
The welcome was more than excellent! We don't speak a word of Italian, but no matter, we were greeted in excellent French with such pleasant courtesy and friendliness! 😊 As for the food (which is important in a restaurant!), we thoroughly enjoyed it. This is a truly lovely place that I will recommend to everyone I love!

A restaurant in the center of Turin, located in a historic setting yet elegantly and tastefully furnished. The dishes are deeply rooted in Piedmontese tradition, with careful attention to ingredients and pairings. The vitello tonnato was pink, tender, and very flavorful, and the agnolotti were homemade and delicious, as was the bonet. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the prices are proportionate to the quality of the ingredients (€15 for the vitello tonnato, €16 for the agnolotti, and €7 for the bonet).

Sensational vitello tonnato. The tajarin with guanciale and asparagus was also amazing.
And the desserts are worth every indulgence.

Excellent location, impeccable and attentive service, truly delicious dishes—every dish we ordered was exquisite, from appetizers to desserts. Excellent wines. We'll be back. Their fresh pasta is also highly recommended, and you can buy it at Vitel a Potor, not far from the restaurant.

Sometimes you find a place and everything just add up! Amazing food with a pasta dish with cogligio to die for and service that is so humble and nice! Go here!!! At least once when in Turin!

We had such a lovely dinner at le Vitel Etonne last week. It’s in a charming space that felt very much like a neighborhood hub. We had a warm welcome from the server (who I believe is the owner). We liked him very much. We ordered their signature dish and another with anchovies with a red and green sauce as starters. Both were delightful. We each had a pasta as our main. Both were unique and flavorful. We were so full we had to forego a second course and dessert, unfortunately. The owner shared that the restaurant’s 25th anniversary is coming up this summer. How lucky Torino is so have a restaurant like this of such long standing. Congratulations and here’s to another 25 years.
