Excellent cuisine. Room with several tables. The bulk wine is good. Certainly a noisy environment if diners are joyful and happy like today. First and second courses as per Piedmontese cuisine.

We ate the tasting menu, with which you eat a lot, excellent traditional Turin cuisine, all very good, the only flaw is that the place was a bit noisy

I had dinner in this restaurant, I took the fixed menu, I must say everything was exceptional up to the first courses, if I had stopped there I would have given 5 stars but the second course and especially the dessert according to my tastes were not at the level of the previous dishes so my overall food rating is 4.5. As for the service and the environment, I had a great time. In any case I would return to try other dishes.

If you want to eat typical Piedmontese cuisine there is no better place, excellent and quick service, very honest prices also considering the quality of the products, very warm environment. Vote 10.

Without a doubt, it should be included in the circuit of the best gluten-free restaurants. One of a kind, with a double menu (with gluten and gluten-free). Certainly superior to the other Turin "piole", including the more glossy and excessively expensive ones. The environment is muffled, quiet, relaxed. The chatter of the (classy) customers is never annoying. From the menu, I tried the great classics of Piedmontese cuisine: the Piedmontese veal girello with tuna sauce (steamed at 70°) and the agnolotti del plin (all strictly gluten-free). The flavor proved to be superb, above all, I would like to say, as regards the two-colour agnolotti del plin with yellow turnip chips, greens stuffed with lean meat and yellows with lemon, in root broth (purple carrot, parsley root, yellow turnip.To top it all off, dessert based on panna cotta garnished with zabaglione. Staff always present in the room and very kind. From 7.30pm to 8.30pm around 40 calls arrived, to which the answer was that the room was full... that's all I said.

Dopo un'esperienza, sempre in famiglia, a gennaio scorso, che mi ha lasciato a dir poco perplesso, esattamente un anno fa, soprattutto per l'atteggiamento, mi sono ricreduto in occasione del pranzo di Natale 2023. A parte il conto, secondo me un po' alto, è stato un pranzo caratterizzato da cordialità, attenzione e cura da parte del personale, accompagnato da piatti di indiscutibile qualità. Se unite questi aspetti positivi alla clientela presente (molta, era davvero pieno) di sorprendente educazione e convivialità, ne è scaturito un insieme piacevole, soddisfacente, ed anche elegante. Un plauso per la cura dedicata a qualche commensale celiaco, per i quali l'attenzione è stata davvero pregevole. Sono davvero contento che la mia esperienza precedente, sia stata, sono sicuro, solo una serata storta. NB: dogi bar offerte e preparate con sorrisi e cura: bravi!

Prima volta in questo ristorante dove ho portato la mia famiglia ed ho fatto davvero una bella figura. Servizio professionale ( cambiavano le posate ad ogni portata) prezzi non esorbitanti anche senza lo sconto che mi hanno regolarmente applicato, porzioni abbondanti (abbiamo fatto in 4 il menù degustazione da 33€ ciascuno) e ci hanno gentilmente offerto anche il bis di un primo (gnocchi al castelmagno nocciole e miele). Ovviamente tutto davvero molto buono Anche i dolci devo ammettere tutti molto buoni e particolari. Che dire complimenti e ci rivedremo sicuramente presto!

se si pensa al piemonte, si pensa alle carni, agli antipasti ed ai primi ricchi di gusto, in questa trattoria è cosi, per fortuna. poche concessioni alla forma, molto alla sostanza. buonissimi i tagliolini al ragù di anitra. ci si torna

Ristorante con cucina piemontese, con alcune rivisitazioni. Abbiamo preso il risotto al verde con cime di rapa, acciughe e sairass, molto buono (suggerisco di scaldare il piatto di servizio perchè tende a perdere calore, anche se fatto al momento); poi abbiamo preso una guancia di vitello stufata al barbera - buona, ed una finanziera, la cui ricetta è quella della tradizione. I piatti sono con buone porzioni. Abbinato un buon calice di vino sfuso. Suggerisco di non arrivare prima delle 19.30 perchè venite lasciati fuori, anche se solo per pochi minuti, a perniciare al fresco!
