High quality sandwiches at a (rightly) high price.
I really liked the possibility of choosing which bread to fill, with even the focaccia from Bari...yum!
Perhaps there wasn't much balance in the flavors of the various foods, which could be a little thing to improve further when assembling the sandwiches but, all in all, we still enjoyed it.
Definitely a must for anyone passing through or finding themselves in Turin!
Not to be missed!

Really good focaccia, quality ingredients and kind and friendly staff. The prices are right, with €8.50 you get a nice meal. If you have a stomach that doesn't fill up easily, one won't be enough, otherwise you'll deal with the 2 euro increase and add as many ingredients as possible. But I highly recommend it, if it beats the old vintner, perhaps if you combine the ingredients well >>>

Paninoteca situata nel centro di Torino propone panini artigianali con prodotti artigianali di piccoli produttori. Si può scegliere sia il tipo di pane che i condimenti e ci sono delle proposte di menù. Qualità della materia prima altissima e prezzi ragionevoli. Assolutamente consigliato per mangiare qualcosa di veloce perché merita veramente!

Non ho altro da dire che: WOW.
Magari per qualcun sarà banale o esagerato, ma posso davvero assicurare (e chi mi conosce sa che sono una forchetta d'oro)che è il panino e farciture più di qualità che io abbia mai mangiato: prodotti semplici, a cui di solito non fai caso, che però sommati senza ricorrere a unti o grassi esagerati(precisiamo: se scegliete ingredienti unti di loro o grassi, è chiaro che il panino lo sarà, intendo che non è caricato ulteriormente), rendono il tutto perfetto. Davvero, penso che sia stata la sorpresa di questi giorni a Torino. Da andare ogni volta per provare combinazioni diverse! A presto!
