19/06/2026: We had lunch today, an excellent experience both for the quality food and the excellent service.

31/05/2026: Extremely positive reviews, and almost none less so. Others have already described the dishes, so I'll avoid them. Some keyboard experts (I emphasize keyboard) say the price is a bit high because we're in Pinerolo, not Turin. Perhaps they don't know that in Italy there are also two- or three-star restaurants in less metropolitan locations. In Pinerolo, in my opinion, you can still feel the style of Nizza Cavalleria and the past, but it has nothing to do with that. Let's talk serious things: exceptional cuisine where love, art, and care shine through. Innovation with great grace. Excellent and comprehensive wine cellar. Service: Valentina is exceptional; very kind, very knowledgeable, casual, and just the right amount of presence. I took one star off the location solely because of the entrance: beautiful but a tad too dark. In conclusion: exceptional, and we'll return soon. Truly, everything was perfect.

26/07/2026: This lovely restaurant, run by the same family for three generations, is reminiscent of an old-fashioned tavern in its simplicity. It's beautifully decorated and welcoming, and the staff are extremely friendly. The food is delicious, traditional dishes, and reasonably priced. The outdoor veranda is beautiful; dining al fresco in the summer is a real pleasure. We'll definitely be back to further appreciate the flavors of the Aprà restaurant.

11/04/2026: I overestimated them. It took me over an hour to eat a pizza at a sidewalk table. Friends of the waiters arrived and ate before my girlfriend and I, even though they were seated half an hour after us. The takeout pizzas were on their way in the meantime, and the people sitting down had to wait. A truly awful evening. The waiter who looked after our table was mortified, but he didn't fix anything, and could only say, "Sorry, we had a problem with the oven." Unfortunately, we only have one oven... Yes, but from what I see, you have plenty of friends... Never again! Thank goodness you're not the only ones making pizza in a hurry. Too bad...

01/07/2026: One of the most authentic Japanese restaurants in Turin. Delicious food, friendly and attentive staff. Each dish is well explained, and everything is exactly what you'd expect. Excellent sake selection. Delicious desserts. A bit pricey, but that's acceptable for a fairly authentic experience.

27/06/2026: I suspect the menu has changed and Wasabi decided to go cheap. First visit I loved it. Last visit (2 years later) I struggled to find something to eat on the menu and when the food arrived it was dry- I hated every bite. A schnitzel is more interesting (and far cheaper).

23/07/2026: L'Establo is always a guarantee! I've known and frequented this place for over 35 years, everything is well-kept and top-quality. The hostess is unbeatable, always attentive and smiling. I recommend the tagliata, it's a spectacle!! Recommended and for me, one of my favorite places. See you soon.
