30/12/2024: One of the best pizzerias we have ever been to, the family management is evident, friendliness, warmth, a homely atmosphere that makes you feel pampered from the beginning to the end of the dinner. The staff are all super but the star of the place is undoubtedly Domenico, golden boy and best pizza chef ever seen and I'm absolutely not exaggerating. We will return a thousand times more. Highly recommended!

29/12/2024: What can I say, it was recommended to us by the Val Chisone B&B, we are their guests and they are treating us like kings, at Carpe Diem it is like entering a home, welcoming service and courtesy, professionalism, smiles and wonderful people. 25/01/2025: A very pleasant surprise, found this little restaurant by chance, they also have some gluten-free dishes, a chic and welcoming place. I definitely recommend it and we will return to try other dishes.

24/01/2025: I found this restaurant after careful research on Google maps. I was interested in places where you could eat good fried calamari. Indeed, the quality of the dishes offered by this restaurant is, in my opinion, very high and in line with the best reviews I have read. The french fries are also extremely good and unique. We also really enjoyed a farinata with sausage and provola and a pizza with burrata. Excellent ingredients and careful preparation (note there is an open kitchen!). Impeccable service. One flaw: small and uncomfortable tables for two, between rows of ornamental plants like mother-in-law's tongues, placed in a line in the center of the room. If it weren't for this claustrophobic and impractical idea I would have given five stars for the previous reasons. Sweets for 7/8 euros: expensive for me. To eat for two you can easily spend 60 euros (cover charge 2.50 euros per person). It's not cheap, considering that some pizzas cost up to 15-16 euros.

The place is super pretty, and we are welcomed wonderfully, with the manager and the cooks wishing you "bon appetit" in Japanese, then offering us a glass of prosecco and a starter. On top of that, the food is just exceptional and the quality of the products is there! I recommend the ramen and sushi

20/10/2024: Nice family business. Insane view! It is cooked traditionally and to a high standard. Herbs from the garden. No menu but they always have a good selection! Even grandma still serves. Come for dinner 10-15 times every year. Risotto and gnocchi unbeatable! 😋

27/10/2024: Simple and informal environment with Piedmontese cuisine and quality wines. Always a pleasure to return. The dishes are traditional but carefully prepared and made with skill and some innovation. For wines there is an interesting selection which also includes well-recommended and paired natural wines.

17/01/2025: bel posto. si mangia ottimamente. sono stato a pranzo con cliente. si mangia un ottimo piemontese. era venerdi a pranzo quindi eravamo pochi da seguire. direi ottima accoglienza, gentilissimi. cliente mi ha fatto notare che in fondo c'era anche il propietario, chiambretti dovrebe aver 2 locali a torino. rapporto qualita' (elevata) /prezzo (assolutamente adeguato) elevato. assolutamente consigliato. non capisco alcune recensioni che ho letto che mi avevano dato pensiero visto che ci portavo clienti.ottimo

15/12/2024: Place located in the historic center of Vigone, the car park can be easily found by proceeding towards the square and walking a bit. The restaurant is in Piedmontese style with brick vaults, it is furnished with antique objects (sideboards, pendulum, piano forte and various instruments)... very full, but fascinating. There are many rooms and on some evenings they play live. For our dinner with friends they recommended us to a small room, we ate bagna càuda and pasta for the children. Abundant dishes, wine, barbera in bulk, precise and attentive service. Perhaps the vegetables are not very varied and not too abundant. I suggest booking in advance.

11/10/2024: Unique experience, unfortunately too short. We had a quick aperitif in an intimate and welcoming place. Eva is very kind and helpful in a genuine way, in the era in which we live these are more unique than rare characteristics. We tasted exceptional oils and were advised on truly high quality products to buy.

12/09/2024: Very nice place, in the center of Turin, what can I say Eva the owner is an exquisite person who does her job with a unique passion. As unique as the oils he let us taste, a real gem. In addition to oils, there are other very high quality products such as wines or other food. You can also have an aperitif or a light lunch. Truly recommended.

19/01/2025: We opted for this place because we were looking for something traditional Piedmontese. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by the man who was supposed to be the owner and his wife, two very friendly people who immediately put us at ease. They immediately brought us a very soft and good white focaccia with equally good bread and breadsticks, we even asked for an encore because they were so good. The menu, although small, offers typical dishes that are different from each other; we ordered the cold cuts and cheese platter with fried pizza as an appetizer and what can we say if not excellent, the cooked ham with herbs was the most appreciated as were the cheeses accompanied by fig jam. The first courses were the best, including fettuccine, gnocchi with castelmagno fondue and hazelnuts (MUST TRY) and a nice cacio e pepe. I ordered the beef stew with mashed potatoes, a pleasure because those who love meat, it melted in the mouth, the very good one which combined with the meat sauce created a perfect combination in the mouth. Among the various desserts I was able to have the lemon sorbet, which was also very good. The place is delightful, very welcoming and relaxing. I can't wait to go back. It was a discovery.

30/12/2024: We had already been there for dinner other times and this time we went for Christmas lunch. It was the best Christmas lunch in recent years, a varied and well-curated menu. Attentive to guests' needs.
