08/03/2026: Excellent place run by two superheroes who go out of their way to serve everyone as best as possible. The food is excellent and plentiful, with refills for every course, something you almost never get anymore! The sauna and whirlpool are also excellent, with attention to detail. The rooms are nice and welcoming. Congratulations!!
24/01/2026: My partner and I stayed one night here, including dinner and a spa treatment. We used the spa treatment before dinner; it even started snowing, and it was enchanting. The place is beautiful, surrounded by nature, the food is impeccable, and the products are all local. The owners make you feel at home. There's also a shop where you can buy bread and other products made by them or by producers in the valley. Highly recommended. We'll be back.

04/01/2026: We stumbled upon it by chance for lunch during a visit to the Alta Langa.
What can I say? Everything was truly perfect: delicious food, impeccable service, and a truly exquisite venue.

The blend of modern, high-quality cuisine and preserving everything as historically and naturally as possible is unique. Carolina and the entire team are simply wonderful people who make their guests feel like they are creating a truly beautiful experience for everyone. We celebrated our wedding here last year, and it couldn't have been more perfect—we can't put into words how wonderful our days were. We will be returning here every year from now on.

We were a party of 8 celebrating a 90th birthday and the staff took care of every detail to assure that everyone had an amazing experience. The food was sublime and the floral arrangements added to the festive atmosphere. I will return to retrieve the piece of my heart that I left there.
I would recommend this extraordinary place to anyone looking for a place to celebrate any thing from a romantic getaway to a lively event🤩

01/01/2026: We had dinner this evening with tagliata with mushrooms and Valdostana cheese with fries. The portions were generous and truly delicious. Given the kindness and helpfulness of the staff and the reasonable price, we'll definitely be back.
30/12/2025: Delicious pizzas and more, my daughter and I go there often. They also have a small children's area, which is always a plus, and are also suitable for special occasions and birthday parties.

The beers were excellent and varied.
We ate some good dishes (salted meat, gnocchi, goulash, and panna cotta) at reasonable prices.
A must-visit if you're in the Maira Valley.
11/10/2025: We stopped by for a craft beer after a long, beautiful hike in the upper Maira Valley. 🥰 The girl who served us was super kind and helpful, and let us try some unusual beers. The beers were very good, as was the cheese platter we chose to accompany our drinks. We even bought a few bottles to try at home. Congratulations!

14/02/2026: Lunch and coffee breaks while skiing on a weekday in February. Quite crowded, but stopping for lunch around 2 pm we found a sunny spot outside. The food and desserts were delicious, typical home-style mountain fare. There's no table service; you order at the cashier and collect it at the counter. Beautiful location at the top of the hill.
