28/04/2026: We had lunch at this restaurant on a Sunday. When we booked, we specified that we had celiac disease, and they said it was no problem. However, when we ordered, we were told there was only one gluten-free entree on the entire menu. The food was very good, but it would be appropriate to specify that only tajarin with sausage ragù was available as a first course. Since we were told there was no problem and that they would change the type of pasta, I expected to be able to order any entree. The appetizers were delicious, and they offer breadsticks as a substitute for bread for celiacs. The quality of the ingredients is high. Excellent value. The dessert was also very good (we had the hazelnut trio).

27/04/2026: Last Saturday we returned to one of our favorite restaurants in the Langhe, a truly unique and welcoming place. We started with a charcuterie and cheese platter featuring a wealth of local products, all exquisite. Next up was penne with lamb ragù, simply exceptional, truly delicious. The dessert was fabulous! As always, everything was extraordinary: excellent food, impeccable service, and a warm welcome from the owners. A place we truly adore.

12/05/2026: Finally, a vegan pizza worthy of the name! Plus, there are more plant-based options, not just the usual "white pizza with grilled vegetables"... the staff are attentive and friendly, and it's definitely a place to return to!

The gentleman at reception, smartly dressed in black, was the epitome of arrogance: he continued speaking exclusively in English, even though my companions were Italian and addressed him in Italian. Fortunately, he didn't return for the rest of the evening. Such a welcome really ruins the whole evening. It's a shame, because the rest of the staff were friendly and the food was really good. 10/05/2026: A typical Piedmontese restaurant in the center of Cuneo. As a vegan, I never expected to find an entire menu dedicated to vegans in such a traditional place. I tried the asparagus ravioli and the legume meatballs with roasted potatoes and red cabbage: everything was delicious. The fact that you can find authentic options, rather than the usual side dishes or pasta with tomato sauce, is a huge plus. The location is also noteworthy, truly welcoming and well-maintained, and the staff are friendly. Excellent value.
