In my opinion, an element that really helps the Locanda to make itself known is the fact that, perhaps because we are not yet "in season", most of the restaurants/farmhouses/trattorias between Cuneo and Mondovì remain closed on Mondays, the day we are there. we went, for this reason above all. In any case it was a pleasant discovery. Fairly balanced quality/price ratio, compared to the quality of the dishes served.

08/08/2024: Fantastische plek om te genieten van de lokale keuken en gerechten zoals Vitello Tonnato, Tajarin al ragú, Plin, … Tevens leuke wijnkaart met wijnen van de kleinere lokale wijnmakers. Fles wijn kost hier evenveel dan in België in de winkel… Kunnen we iets van leren in België want hier bestel je met plezier een fles.
