A fantastic restaurant in the heart of Cherasco! We had a wonderful time there during our lunch. We sat on the terrace with our dog. The service was impeccable and very friendly! And what can we say about the food except that it was absolutely delicious!
We highly recommend it!

The wine selection is excellent, excellent selection.

It was Tuesday, apparently the worst day to eat in Cherasco. Almost all the restaurants are closed, and since we had to eat, we ended up at one of the few open—this one. At 12:45, the place was almost empty, but within half an hour it filled up, and the single waitress began to run out of steam. My dish arrived, but we waited almost 10 minutes for my guest's, so out of politeness, I ate mine cold. I hoped to make up for it with the second course, but the tagliata alla grissinopoli, which looked like a fine fine-dining dish, turned out to be as tough as a shoe. The busy waitress told me she'd bring it back, and that was the end of my point. It all started with an amuse bouche consisting of a piece of raw sausage and a teaspoon of Russian salad perched on a flour wafer, which suggested a lack of imagination in an offering that should tell you just how skilled the chef is. In short, lofty claims to be Michelin-starred, but even though nothing was bad, they truly failed to achieve it. 43 euros per person without wine and without thrills, perhaps it would have been better to respect the closing day.

I made a reservation by phone and was greeted charmingly by Chloe, who directed me to a table I immediately liked. The menu is traditional Piedmontese, but with some unique offerings, such as "Chlorophyll Snails" and "Rabbit Buttons...". There's a wide selection of desserts. Martina and Chloe offer prompt service with courtesy, professionalism, and charm. Virginia (the owner's daughter), brisk and efficient at the cash register, offers me a fragrant souvenir. The restaurant isn't huge, but it's bright and clean, just the way I like it. My personal observations: the mushroom risotto was slightly salty, and the dessert (meringue, cream, candied fruit, chocolate chips) was too sweet for my taste. Overall, I was satisfied. I'll be back.
