02/06/2025: Stopped for a quick bite during a bike ride. Only had a first course so I'll rate that. Homemade Agnolotti del plin... Butter and sage. I think the best I've ever eaten!

02/06/2025: Simple inn in the center of Alba, but with excellent food. Very good service and prices, in my opinion, very good for being close to the center. Maybe the menu is not so extensive, but it was fine

20/05/2025: Sono stato da voi con la famiglia di mia figlia e mio genero, il cui bimbo festeggiava la sua Prima Comunione. Devo veramente farvi i complimenti, sia per la location assolutamente di alto livello, sia per il cibo decisamente di elevatissima qualità. La torta finale è stata a dir poco favolosa. I was pleasantly surprised to find a hotel with such high standards of quality and customer care, in such a beautiful setting. Congratulations for the care you take in your work. well done

05/06/2025: Fantastic trattoria! Reservations are required because it is a small but welcoming place! Rich menu that changes every night! Friendly and attentive staff! Top quality food and very affordable bill! Highly recommended for anyone passing through the surrounding areas!

25/05/2025: Comfortable place, with excellent impeccable cuisine, we celebrated my daughter's communion all the relatives and friends were ecstatic about the goodness of the cuisine and very kind people. After celebrating the communion we celebrated the Confirmation and as always the dishes were impeccable very good I can't help but recommend this family-run restaurant

Maaa..(or my serious doubts)... half raw pizza, soggy in the centre, poorly seasoned, pizza with a taste of the sea: €14 but they must have dreamed of the sea, 2 shrimps and 2 rings??? White request with added cherry tomatoes +1.5€?? 2 cherry tomatoes?? Fiordilatte +€1, avoid dessert, OK, let's move on to coffee: €2 for 1 pod?? No thank you! I'll take it home for €0.20...for the rest...maaa...I'm sorry, but due to disappointment I wasn't even able to take photos. Negative experience, but it can always be improved, young and dynamic staff..

21/05/2025: Prima volta che ci andavo. Sono stata in questa trattoria tipica piemontese grazie ad un addio al nubilato. Mi sono trovata benissimo. Abbiamo prenotato per un menù degustazione, servizio impeccabile, disponibile ad eventuali variazioni, carta dei vini eccellenti e in questo caso essendo in piena Langa si è ordinato un ottimo Barbera! Aperitivo offerto dalla trattoria, eccellente. Primi molto buoni e tipici della zona come del resto gli antipasti. Prezzo ottimo rispetto alla qualità offerta e al servizio avuto.

04/05/2025: Trattoria molto carina, tenuta in modo impeccabile e gradevole. Il menù degustazione che abbiamo provato a cena è semplicemente fantastico, frutto della passione e dell' esperienza della cuoca! Le pietanze si susseguono in una alternanza di sapori di altri tempi, tradizione culinaria senza compromessi e materie prime di qualità. Un trionfo della cucina piemontese che ci ha lasciati più che soddisfatti e con il chiaro intento di tornarci presto!

19/05/2025: Sblesha and Picuz, two wonderful guys! They have the professionalism to tackle this difficult job, the friendliness and the genius in building the menus. I have tasted a bit of everything and have always been satisfied. I still have to try the "vitello tonnato", but I will not miss it soon! 😎 Highly recommended also for their knowledge of the English language which allows them to facilitate the service and the relationship with foreign customers! Very good guys! 😁

01/05/2025: B&B in the heart of the upper Maira Valley. Easy to reach. Corrado, Grazia and Roberta hosted us with genuine courtesy. Rooms and bathrooms are comfortable even if a little "dated". Breakfast is offered as a buffet. We were very moved by the old notary's house from which a couple of guest rooms and the breakfast room were created with original pieces of furniture, including brick ones, such as the food warmer with embers; traces of frescoes from the period were brought to light and the original beams of the attics with the interposed tuff ashlars were cleaned. Really nice SPA area although I haven't tried it. The excursions on site are very beautiful even if the paths are not always well signposted. To have dinner you can go down to the village - about 800 m. - where Roberta offers the best traditional local dishes served by always friendly staff. Thank you again for making us perceive the bond that binds you to your community and your land. I recommend it to hikers and those who love the villages of the Maira Valley.

02/06/2025: A nice discovery in the center of Alba. The dishes are delicious and well-prepared, the atmosphere is welcoming and the service attentive. Definitely worth returning!
