02/05/2026: What a rip-off! We called to reserve for the same evening and were told there were no tables available before 9 pm. Then, when we said it would be too late for us, they suddenly told us to come right away. When we arrived, most of the tables were free. Once seated, we were asked if we wanted still or sparkling water. We asked for sparkling, and the waitress brought us a bottle of St. Pellegrino. After a 10-minute wait, they brought us the menu, and surprise! There was sparkling filtered water for €2.50 and St. Pellegrino for €4.50, €2 more expensive! We already felt ripped off. Then we wanted to order meat and decided to get the meat from the menu at €9.50 per 100g. Except the waitress told us it wasn't possible to order less than 1kg, even though there was no minimum weight indicated on the menu for that particular cut. Looking at the menu, we saw that it stated a minimum of 300g for other meats, but not the one we had chosen. Clearly, this is a restaurant trying to attract customers with misleading information and simply trying to make as much money as possible off its customers. It's worth noting that the waitress insisted we order wine. Under these circumstances, we paid €4.50 for water, which we had barely started to drink, and left. It was a complete rip-off! And according to the reviews, this has already happened to other people. So, don't go there!

09/06/2026: Nikolo was a wonderful host ! I had only one night in Alba so could not visit any nearby wineries. Nikolo showed us maps of the area and gave us information about different appellations, with great detail. Wine by the glass is chosen by him daily (fantastic). He also booked us a local Osteria (restaurant) which was a highlight of our trip. I would absolutely recommend stopping by for a wine or the whole evening

25/12/2025: Christmas Lunch 2025. It's been about three years since I've been back to this restaurant, and this year, together with friends, we decided to have Christmas lunch in this beautiful and romantic place. We were all delighted with the excellent quality and quantity of the dishes offered: from the venison pâté, the first of four appetizers, to the excellent agnolotti, and the truly unique and perfect Piedmontese "fritto misto" (mixed fried fish). You can wander around, but you won't find it like they serve it here anywhere else... even the desserts were a triumph. The staff was extremely kind, and we were served perfectly by the very kind Maria. Well done everyone, though, and a special thanks to Signora Fiorentina for her attentive service. Thank you.

02/05/2026: Walking through the streets of Cuneo we noticed this small restaurant with excellent dishes of all types from the Venetian to the seafood with excellent exquisite dishes with a very welcoming and kind staff and with an excellent chef who makes the dishes extraordinary and this is finger-licking excellent restaurant to definitely return to

19/05/2026: I've tried it twice, one in the beautiful garden in the summer and one in the dining room in the winter. It's a restaurant I don't like. The food is very standard, almost like a canteen. There's no original dish worth returning for. The ragù is bland, the polenta is instant or otherwise unpleasant, and the desserts are bland. The prices aren't high, but for what they offer, they're not a bargain.

02/06/2026: We found this place while walking through the charming town of Bra and, intrigued, decided to pop in. It couldn't have been a better choice. Traditional appetizers with Bra sausage; the gnocchi with Castelmagno cheese and the desserts are unmissable! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The selection of fresh fish is also excellent for the more discerning palate.

02/06/2026: Lunch with friends. A charming setting in a carefully restored late 19th-century building with exposed stone walls. A wide selection of locally sourced dishes, all excellently made and beautifully presented. The staff is attentive, precise, and always friendly. Highly recommended. Congratulations

02/06/2026: We chose this restaurant somewhat by chance on Google, with no real expectations other than lunch, but we were truly delighted. Exceptional dishes and truly excellent service. We got lost in conversation about local traditions with (who I believe is) the owner, and, probably seeing our curiosity, he offered us the variation on the tagliolini our grandparents used to eat (with red wine). This attention to customer service truly surprised us. I'd give it 6 stars.

The dishes are prepared with quality ingredients and presented with great care. I particularly appreciated the freshness of the ingredients and the attention to traditional flavors. The staff was friendly, professional, and always available. The service was prompt and the atmosphere very pleasant. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful evening enjoying excellent food. I will definitely be back.
