Everything was very good, it's a shame the tamarind was a little saltless, but everything else was great, especially the cheeses, the atmosphere, and the friendliness!

The daily menu was really good and plentiful. The service was quick and friendly. Five stars for everything.

Piedmontese cuisine and an unparalleled cheese selection. There's a table with three shelves laden with cow's and sheep's milk cheeses, each more delicious than the last. We also highly recommend the wine and spirits selection. Absolutely delicious.

The owner's welcome was warm, but the overall experience was marred by the rushed service and the very small portions. ​Controversial Points: ​Cheeses and rushed service: I tried six types of cheese, all very good, but the way they were served left much to be desired. The owner suggested grape must, and I gladly accepted, but I wasn't given time to add anything else: the plate was delivered immediately, without asking if I wanted honey or jam, and everything was hastily put together. €15 for six small samples, including the way they were cut, is decidedly high. ​Disappointing main courses (in terms of quantity): The wild boar roast was good, no complaints about the flavor, but serving four pieces in a bowl is unacceptable for a main course. A truly unsightly portion. Wine and Menu: The wine by the glass was nothing special, and the amount served was less than average at other restaurants, despite the same price. Overall, the Piedmontese menu offers limited choices. ​In summary: ​The food is good, but you'll leave hungry. The ingredients are there, but between the rushed service and the meager portions, the value for money isn't worth it. A real shame.

We were looking for a traditional Piedmontese dinner. Unfortunately, the menu is a bit limited, but the extensive cheese board makes up for it. We were a bit disappointed with the mixed antipasto. The manager was friendly, and the two waitresses were very kind.

Excellent and plentiful traditional Piedmontese food. Fixed-price and à la carte menus available. Wide selection of wines (large glass, half-liter, bottle). Prompt, punctual, and polite service. Neat and clean environment. Perfect bathroom. Congratulations...really good! The excellent reviews are understandable.
