07/12/2025: We had lunch at this farmhouse surrounded by greenery. The menu is a fixed price with several options. The pumpkin lasagna and pork tenderloin with hazelnut sauce were delicious. The service was quick and friendly. Our bill was €40 each.

At Al Nido della Cinciallegra, the food is exquisite: authentic dishes, prepared with love and entirely in-house. The vitello tonnato was simply exceptional, delicate and flavorful, and the Russian salad was truly authentic, rich and delicious. The staff is extremely polite, welcoming, and attentive, making you feel immediately at home. An experience that combines quality, tradition, and human warmth. I will definitely return and highly recommend it.

21/02/2026: A casual restaurant, located near the Cherasco (Cuneo) highway exit and the road to Mondovì, making it easy to reach from all directions. The staff are friendly and very professional, and the dishes are delicious: the anchovies in green sauce, the veal with tuna sauce, the tajarin pasta, and the bunet (a kind of pasta) are amazing. The local wines are also excellent, and the quality/price ratio is excellent.

The poke is delicious, made with fresh, high-quality ingredients, and you can really taste the care they put into selecting the ingredients. The owners are always super kind, welcoming, and helpful, and every time I come here, I have a wonderful experience. The atmosphere is pleasant and the service is attentive. A must-try for those who love well-prepared poke and sushi. Recommended.

11/12/2025: The restaurant is located downtown, with convenient parking nearby. The decor is minimal: no tablecloths on the table, dark napkins, cutlery on a stand, bread (homemade) served on a small plate, breadsticks (they shouldn't be served if broken).... As I mentioned to the person who brought me a dish, there are many obstacles to a proper wine analysis, but what wines! The cellar is truly extensive and ranges from every angle. I had a rabbit tuna dish (€12), well-made, and agnolotti al plin with a pumpkin and chestnut filling, and a Raschera cheese fondue, for which I asked for a supplement, to nicely contrast the sweetness of the filling (€13). I was in a hurry and skipped dessert. Covers €2, half a liter of water €2, a quarter of red wine - Dolcetto di Dogliani - €6 (other wines by the glass range from €6 and up), for a total of €35. The service was fast, paid with Satispay. We'll return because the cuisine is interesting, the portions are just right, and the customer service is attentive.

08/04/2026: A truly beautiful location, intimate and well-maintained, with limited seating, making the experience even more enjoyable. The menu is basic, with just a few dishes, but all very good and well-executed. The only slightly negative note about the service: there was a small misunderstanding with the waitress regarding a dish that, in my opinion, wasn't quite as good (there wasn't enough marrow). She explained that this can happen with bones, which is understandable, but we weren't entirely clear on how to handle the situation. I wasn't charged for the dish, which was appreciated, although personally I would have preferred to have eaten it better, even if I had paid for it. Overall, a very positive experience; I would gladly return.

The cuisine was meticulously prepared, with delicious, excellent quality food. The service was attentive and meticulously prepared. The view of the hills and vineyards was spectacular. We were satisfied, highly recommended, and if we ever return to the area, we will definitely return.

The name chosen for this restaurant is perfect; in addition to the meticulously prepared plating, every bite of fish exuded authenticity and a truly unique balance of flavors. 17/03/2026: Went yesterday for the all-fried food evening. It wasn't my first time at Piatti di Parola, and the experience was excellent: both the quality of the food and the service. We had a great evening, thanks so much to the chef and the wait staff! We'll be back!

The food was truly delicious. I highly recommend the Piedmontese classics, which are truly exquisite! We'll definitely be back!

29/01/2026: I had lunch at Da Salvetti with a group of friends on a weekday. We chose the tasting menu, a small aperitif, four appetizers (veal with tuna sauce, Russian salad, creamed cod, and toma cheese with amaretto and warm syrup), two first courses (rosemary agnolotti and hazelnut tagliolini), one second course (roast or pork tenderloin), or cheeses, and dessert. We drank Barbera d'Alba. They also provided homemade digestifs. Everything was excellent, the service and location were attentive. We had a great time, highly recommended.
