I bought gelato from Livia to take to a friend's house: it was a success. We tried classic flavors like "Grandma Pina's cream" and pistachio, which showcased the excellent quality of the ingredients, as well as more original flavors like the delicate fig and a cow's milk ricotta enriched with candied fruit, pistachios, and chocolate, which proved to be a true delight. LIVIA'S GELATO IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, a perfect blend of dedication and top-quality ingredients.

A small boutique in shades of white, with a very impressive selection of fragrances. Livia only works with seasonal products and offers original and delicious blends. A real treat. A must-visit address!!!

The best Gelato I have ever had. And I tried gelato all over Italy end around the world. It is worthed to drive 50km just to get there. Wonderful! Livia is a genius.

During our trip to Saluzzo, the melon and lemon took on the scent of mint and peppermint thanks to this excellent ice cream shop! We'll definitely be back and trying other flavors, always different and naturally natural!

Second time I've been to Saluzzo and second time I've come back here. Amazing quality that sets it apart from the more renowned brands like La Romana. If you come to Saluzzo, come and see how good it is.

21/02/2026: We went for dinner. I only have one comment: WOW!!! The location is S.T.R.E.P.I.T.O.S.A., super original: a contemporary revamp of an old building renovated in wood, brick, and metal. Simple, traditional dishes are paired with a wine list that reads more like an encyclopedia. We ordered the egg in cocote, veal in tuna sauce, gnocchi, and tajarin with porcini mushrooms, and finished with a caramel bonet and a barrique grappa, all washed down with a nice bottle of Dogliani. €90. Honest and pleasant. Very fast service. Bread basket with grissoni, focaccia, and spectacular bread. If you pass through Monforte and don't try it, you'll miss out on a piece of the Langhe.

05/04/2026: I always return to this restaurant, which never disappoints! Easter lunch today: excellent menu, quality ingredients, perfect portions. The artichoke, potato, and pecorino ravioli were amazing, the lamb was very tender, and the dessert was incredible (hazelnut egg with a zabaglione center on a creamy dark chocolate). Congratulations
