Taste and Relax. We had a dream weekend. At dinner, an explosion of taste and then relaxation looking at the Langhe hills from the swimming pool. Of course we will return.

What can I say... Amazing, from the hospitality of the owners, the kindness of the waiters, the cleanliness of the room, the super swimming pool, and what a dinner... An explosion of flavour... Excellent raw materials!

Sometimes it is difficult to explain why a restaurant serves better food and why? Details in the dishes are so very good, no fuss, but everything elegant and excellent. Even the simplest dishes are mind blowing. Nice wine list, friendly service.

Great place in the Middle of nowhere. Delicious food and good service. We sat inside on a chilly night with the fireplace roaring. Great wine list with fair prices. We did not know much, Italian, and they spoke some English, so we figured it out!

È epoca di tartufo bianco quindi quale miglior occasione per andare nelle Langhe nella patria del tartufo e del vino Barolo?
Alla Trattoria del Bivio abbiamo trovato entrambi. C’è un apposito “menu tartufo” che prevede battuta al coltello, tajarin al burro e uovo al palet, tutti questi piatti completati da una generosa grattata di tartufo. Un buon vino Barolo è d’obbligo. Poi ottimi dolci per dessert. Stuzzichini all’inizio del pasto, pasticcini con il caffè per finire.
Il servizio è ottimo. Il prezzo coerente con la qualità dei piatti. Meglio prenotare!
