28/06/2025: I went to dinner with my partner and we found the location really nice. It is located in the center of Borgo di Cesano. The food is really excellent and the staff is really kind. Highly recommended.

18/06/2025: We were really excited about this restaurant! The food was really good, I had a hamburger that to call large is an understatement, abundant, juicy and really tasty. My friend chose the chicken cut with mushrooms and was equally satisfied: tender, well-cooked meat and really tasty mushrooms. In addition to the food, the service was also fantastic. The staff was present and attentive throughout the dinner, without ever being intrusive: we didn't even have to raise a hand, they were always ready to ask us if everything was okay. An experience that we highly recommend, both for the quality of the dishes and for the hospitality. We will definitely be back!

17/06/2025: It will be the 50th time I eat at Morbido, but the first time I am not satisfied. Let's proceed calmly: today I had a "Beef salad", a large salad composed of sliced ​​sirloin steak, confit cherry tomatoes, flakes of Grana Padano, pistachio pesto, iceberg lettuce, mixed salad and yakitori sauce. Maybe a little too many ingredients, and maybe not perfectly balanced, but here we are on personal taste and therefore everyone can have their own opinion. What objectively did not go well was the sirloin steak, not very pleasant to my taste. Do you know when you taste something and the flavor does not convince you completely? That's right, this was the feeling, so I left it almost entirely, happily eating everything else. Nothing dramatic, obviously, it can happen in any restaurant in the world that an ingredient or a one-off dish is not good. The important thing is that the quality standard is maintained over time, so I, who am a loyal customer of the place, will return for the ultimate test. The staff is always kind and friendly.

The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and treated us so well throughout our visit. We felt truly taken care of. We would gladly come back here again and again if we could! Easily a 5-star experience.

Ingredienti locali, piatti curati come i ravioli alla burrata e un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo lo rendono una meta consigliata per chi cerca sapori autentici immersi nella natura.

18/05/2025: Found us a table for 4 at short notice on a Saturday evening. Excellent from start to finish. Quality ingredients, imaginative dishes created by the chef served by his wife. We enjoyed anti pasta de la casa , excellent home made foi gras, tasty pasta dishes including scampi sauce with homemade pasta. The duck main was very tasty. Well selected wines. Very reasonably priced. The restaurant was filled with locals. Always a good sign.

17/05/2025: We stopped at this gourmet restaurant for our last evening in Rome, and we were delighted to discover it. An intimate place away from the background noise. Truly excellent cuisine featuring high-quality ingredients, such as the sea bream carpaccio with hazelnuts and basil oil and the foie gras with onion compote, were mouthwatering. Tender beef fillet served with mashed potatoes, cooked to a desired medium rare, which was perfectly executed. Excellent duck breast with two glasses of dry white wine to round off the evening. Go there with your eyes closed!!! The best restaurant we visited in Rome, far from the tourist traps. Even if the bill isn't cheap, your palate will thank you. Thank you for the welcome and the wonderful, delicious, and peaceful time we spent.

16/06/2025: We arrived at the cafe at 2 PM, and most of the pastries were already sold out. I wanted to try other items. Our order was an iced latte, which was very average, and a V60 that wasn’t good for specialty coffee lovers — I wouldn’t recommend it. Also, the pastries we ordered didn’t live up to the presentation in the pictures at all. However, the service was excellent — the staff were very kind and helpful.

On Sunday I had lunch at Grottino der Traslocatore with my family, and we were enchanted by this trattoria that perfectly embodies the genuine and welcoming spirit of Roman cuisine. We opted for two first courses divided between four, a perfect choice to taste more flavors without sacrificing the generosity of the portions (200g per dish). The dishes were simply delicious, prepared with quality ingredients and that homely touch that makes the difference. The meatballs, then, were appreciated by everyone: soft, with lots of sauce. They would have been perfect for my tastes with a little more salt. The environment is a real gem: rustic, intimate and familiar, with an atmosphere that makes you feel at home. The management is family and this is perceived in every detail, from the friendly service to the passion they put into every dish. In short, if you are looking for a place to eat well, spend the right amount and feel pampered like at home, Grottino der Traslocatore is the perfect choice. We will be back soon, no doubt!

28/06/2025: Wine was very good, servers were very nice despite my Italian being subpar, and the wine was excellent!

28/06/2025: This was a real Roman eating experience. The staff were friendly and extremely fun. My daughter tried to order something lame and he told her “No, you didn’t fly all the way here to order that.” We all laughed and then she LOVED what he suggested for her. They had an incredible wine selection and I got talked into the large beer which I did not regret!!
