10/09/2025: I have known the Cioli brothers since 1987. I have always celebrated evening parties, communions, confirmations, weddings and so on with Cioli porchetta. Now I need more to celebrate our 59th wedding anniversary.

25/08/2025: Excellent porchetta sandwich with Genzano PGI bread, recommended. Excellent value. Takeaway option for the truly interesting porchetta logs. Definitely worth trying again. Claudio.

01/10/2025: I went to this osteria in the Parioli area for lunch, specifically seeking it out after reading the excellent reviews. I was very pleased with the carbonara and the cacio e pepe my wife had. The meatballs in tomato sauce, with cheese inside, were also excellent, and to finish, a cremolosa with a truly delicious yellow cream. The portions were generous and the price was excellent.

Let's start with the buffalo mozzarella, undisputed white ladies of high quality and flavor. Just a bite is enough to see the milk draining. The porchetta is definitely the queen of the table. Crispy, flavorful, and golden. Just like the old days! Don't miss the prosciutto crudo, flavorful and bold. A prince that always comes with a rustic loaf of bread, a longtime recommend! Olives, vegetables in oil, and cheeses are the perfect setting for a fairytale lunch inside a shop—or rather, a fairytale castle. Where each character is the common thread of flavors and authenticity of good food. The place has wooden tables inside, comfortable benches, and a bathroom. 🏰🧚‍♀️👑👸🤴🍴

23/08/2025: Exceptional porchetta, top-notch buffalo mozzarella, and excellent home-grown tomatoes. What can I say? Whatever you order, you get it. Every time I pass by, it's a must-see.

06/10/2025: For us, it was a reaffirmation. My partner and I returned here after two years. We tried different pizzas and re-ordered some we'd already tried. The fact that they give you the option of getting half a pizza is fantastic, in my opinion.

I recommend the tasting menu to try as many dishes as possible; the Sauris is a cut above everything else, if possible... Prices are above average, but I guarantee you get what you pay for. 19/10/2025: Food different from pasta and pizza, specifically I ordered roast lamb, which I highly recommend. For dessert, tiramisu was one of the best I've ever had. I'm giving it one star less for service because they were packed, and that's understandable. If I return to Rome, I'll return to this place. Highly recommended.

16/10/2025: I tried payata and carbonara after watching Meat Man on YouTube. The carbonara was less salty and more flavorful than what I've had elsewhere. The payata had a strange, tomato-like flavor.

19/10/2025: Every restaurant has its own approach. If you want a menu where, for example, you charge €2.50 for a coffee or a bottle of tap water, that's fine. Or expensive entrees, that's fine. But then the service and the location must be top-notch. Instead, the tables are packed and there's no room for anyone to pass, with those at the next table sitting with you. The server is clearly struggling. As for the entrees, the bill... everything is so difficult.

08/07/2025: I could start with those seasoned food critic reviews, but I'll keep it short and simple: The food is good, really good, fresh, and there's a wide selection of ingredients and plenty of options for customizing dishes (be they sandwiches, poké, or salads). Especially in the summer, it's a godsend. At least for me.
