19/10/2025: Spectacular place in Rome for Pizza. Frumentario offers “pizza squares” with various toppings, for around 24€ per kilo. You go, decide for the toppings, they heat it up for you, and then you can stand outside on one of the tables and enjoy the pizza with a beer or soft drink. The service was really friendly, card payment possible, and the pizza tasted sensational. The dough was nice and fluffy, and the topping was outstanding. Especially the creams they put after heating the pizza up was really the cherry on the top. I can absolutely recommend this place - and will come again surely!

16/10/2025: Great pizza by the slice/weight. They were quite welcoming and kindly explained the variety of selections available for the day. All were different and "not your typical" varieties. We tried four and all were amazing and delicious. Most certainly worth the visit!

Tucked away amid the lively chaos of the neighbourhood, this unassuming restaurant is a little pocket of spice, warmth, and the comforting certainty that you are about to eat well. One of the great reassurances when eating at Jaipur is spotting Indian diners at neighbouring tables, a quiet endorsement that speaks louder than any review ever could. The aromas alone, a heady mix of cumin, cardamom, and coriander, are enough to make one momentarily forget that the Eternal City exists beyond the restaurant walls. My wife, meanwhile, is already planning her order, because the mango lassi here has earned a level of devotion most people only grant to childhood pets and favourite jumpers. The servers are a delight. Attentive without being intrusive, they greet you with cheerful banter and a genuine eagerness to educate. When it comes time to order, the team not only guides you through the menu with care and enthusiasm, but also gently recommends perhaps adding vegetables to accompany the generous servings of meat, which to be honest is always sincerely appreciated. The food itself rarely disappoints. The butter chicken is indulgent and comforting, the mango chicken a sweeter and equally satisfying companion, and both arrive rich, fragrant, and unapologetically generous. Naan emerges hot from the tandoor, and the prices are always reasonable to the point where you will inevitably want to order one more dish, will never quite finish everything, and will end up being politely reprimanded for leaving a little behind. It is the sort of gentle admonishment that only makes the meal feel even more like home. All in all, Jaipur is a rare gem in Trastevere, authentic, welcoming, and generous. And if the wait staff suggest adding a side of vegetables, take their advice seriously. Even in Rome, a man without his greens is a man destined to be mildly admonished by strangers with better culinary instincts.

22/10/2025: Authentic Mexican food 🇲🇽, prepared by a chef with spectacular seasoning. 100% recommended. Excellent service from the entire staff, who make you feel at home, and the atmosphere with great music. It's hard to find that spicy flavor in Italy, but I found it here.

The service is exceptionally kind and attentive, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. Conveniently located near the Pantheon, it’s a perfect spot to savor authentic Italian cuisine. Highly recommended!

09/10/2025: We were recommended to try this place by a waiter in another restaurant and we were so glad he did! The staff were super lovely, and despite not having a booking, they fit us in. The food was delicious, fresh pasta and lovely sauces. It’s off the beaten track, so not as busy with tourists as other places. A real gem!

The chef is knowledgeable and professional. Located just outside the town, it offers a panoramic view of the village. Each dish is exquisite. Highly recommended.

15/12/2025: We came to Mr Clood Bistro for lunch based on the google reviews and it did not disappoint. We had the Ravioli ricotta and spinach butter and sage as well as the Pappardelle with ragu. Both were wonderful. The Ravioli was honestly out of this world!

14/12/2025: It's so delicious and the staff are so friendly. But it's true that there are almost only Koreans in the restaurant ㅋㅋㅋ There are also foreigners.. Anyway, it's worth going even though it's far. The pistachio pasta has a unique taste and the apple sea bass is really, really delicious. I can't believe how well apples and sea bass go together. I think it's the pistachio oil pasta, but it tastes better the more you eat it. If you want to try a special menu, go~

23/11/2025: We had lunch for two at this family-run Osteria, serving excellent traditional Roman cuisine. We had a starter of pappardelle with hare sauce, exceptionally delicious, and the strozzapreti with artichokes and bacon, delicately flavored and scented with Roman mint, both equally excellent. For our main course, the legendary coda alla vaccinara, incredibly soft and flavorful, and the boiled meatballs. The house red wine paired perfectly with the courses! A special mention for the artichoke alla giudia, simply perfect! To round out these superb courses, we sampled the desserts: zuppa inglese, a top-notch Italian trifle, and tiramisu, a runner-up. The host, Mr. Massimo, who guided us through the entire selection of dishes, proved to be very knowledgeable and a keen connoisseur of the various specialties. We will definitely be back and I recommend trying it; you won't be disappointed!
