We arrived in Rome late from traveling and decided to take our family here. The food was absolutely delicious after a long day, and the service was exceptional. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Rome.

I got to eat an incredibly delicious pizza that you can't get in Japan.

We had dinner at Alle Carrette during our family trip to Rome and really enjoyed it. The atmosphere was authentic and comfortable, and despite the very hot weather outside, the restaurant was nicely cooled inside.
The service was fast and friendly. The pizzas were delicious, especially the four cheese pizza, which was excellent. The homemade white wine was also very good and reasonably priced. Overall, the prices were quite fair for the quality.
We liked the food so much that I only remembered to take photos after we had already eaten a few slices! A great, family-friendly pizzeria that we would happily visit again.

Staff was very polite but some of the artichokes were not chewable/very tough. Our pizza's cheese was all orange as if it had sat under a heat lamp for a while. The table next to us had a pizza with very stringy cheese as they pulled apart slices. Maybe the lesson is to be ok with sending back your food and asking for another try? We we staying at a nice hotel that recommended this place which made the experience more disappointing. Not recommended if you were hoping for good pizza on your first outing in Rome. Ours was nothing like pictures in reviews.

Amazing food and service. We had lunch here in a whim and found out that the gluten free pizza dough is actually made by the chef and you can't tell the difference from the regular dough. Thin and light and generously coated with toppings. The calzone Napoletano was also delicious. We washed it down with half litre of house white frizzante wine whichbwas well paired with the food and icy cold. Great atmosphere and prices aren't bad at all. Highly recommended.

Such a great place!! The atmosphere was so nice and the food was amazing. We had the best pizza we’ve had so far in Italy. Everything tasted so authentic, and the appetizer was sooo good. The staff were super nice and helped us with the menu and ordering, which made everything so easy. The prices were also really reasonable and definitely not overpriced or touristy.
Would 100% recommend this place if you’re in Rome!

I arrived thinking, "How different can a pizza really be?" I left apologizing to every pizza I'd ever eaten. 😂 Thin crust, simple ingredients, and tons of flavor. If you're looking for a pizza piled high with cheese, keep looking. If you want to understand why Italy is so famous, this place is a great practical lesson. 🍕
