Super authentic and delicious Roman cuisine!! The Amatriciana pasta, carbonara, and oxtail stew were all delicious. You need to make a reservation otherwise there’ll be a long wait!

They work mostly with reservations. We didn’t have one but they found us a free table. The food was really delicious. The atmosphere inside is really nice.

The food was mediocre (main courses are better than the pasta dishes), puntarelle was the one highlight that was actually quite nice. The waiter was nice but struggled as they seemed understaffed. The outdoor seating is in a nice little side alley but the indoor space is way too brightly lit.

Returning to Da Gino al Parlamento felt like coming “home”.This was my 5th visit, and the first time I dined here was 25 years ago — and it is still as wonderful as I remembered.
The food is consistently fantastic. I had the obligatory artichoke, a delicious osso buco, a fresh mozzarella and tomato salad, and finished with the most beautiful poached pear for dessert. Every dish was full of flavour and perfectly prepared.
What makes this place truly special is not only the food, but the warmth of the service. Welcoming smiles, genuine hospitality, and that classic Roman atmosphere that makes you want to stay forever.
A timeless Roman gem that never disappoints.
Tip: book your table in advance — for good reason!

It wasn’t planned, we just saw it while passing by and decided to stop by for lunch. The waitress was the most welcoming staff you could ask for and she could speak several languages. The owner was super nice as well and the fooooood, was truly amazing. A must stop in the center of Rome.

The welcome was average, the food was good, and the prices were reasonable, but the service was deplorable. We ordered two courses; the first was placed on the table, and the second arrived five minutes later, barely hot. Our plates were cleared without us even asking if everything was alright. Dessert was hastily dumped on the corner of the table. And they don't serve coffee. Good local cuisine, but the service is rushed.
