23/04/2026: We were seen to our seats, took 10 mins for someone to bring us a menu. Then were waiting another 20 mins, nobody took our order in this time. Could see the waiter clearing/setting other empty tables in this time, but seemed to be avoiding our table. At this point we left. 30 mins and nobody had even asked what drinks we want.

22/03/2026: It's a great shame to return to what used to be my all-time favorite restaurant. I've been going there for years and I've been promoting it a lot. But yesterday, unfortunately, I noticed a major change in the service and food. The tagliata was a rather fatty steak, cut into pieces with truffles, far from the quality it once was. The rest was nothing special. The beautiful menu, rich in carefully selected ingredients and slow food, is gone. The service was barely adequate, no explanation, everything was rather perfunctory. The customer service of the past has completely vanished. The welcoming atmosphere in the dining room remains, which is very characteristic, and the price has remained the same, but honestly, spending that kind of money makes it not worth leaving Rome for a dinner. A huge disappointment, a real shame.

19/12/2025: A truly positive experience. The trainers are available, explain things well, and truly support you throughout the process. One thing I really appreciated is that it doesn't end with the course: the school supports you even afterward, helping you take your first steps in the profession and connecting you with industry professionals. The environment is youthful, stimulating, and free of unnecessary stress. If you're looking for a serious yet approachable school that truly prepares you, not just on paper, I highly recommend FBS.

19/04/2026: Pizzeria and other fried foods without too many pretensions. Simple in preparation but tasty. The staff is friendly and excellent for a post-movie snack.

16/04/2026: We went against our own rule. If a restaurant has guys outside pulling people in, it’s probably touristy and not that good. Carpaccio was decent. The Oxtail Rigatoni had good meat and sauce but the pasta was hard. Not al dente, but straight up undercooked. The Caprese di bufala. was below average. The bread it came with was dense and not that tasty. I was also annoyed to see that if you pay credit card on the machine, they point out American style % tip selections starting at 10%! I didn’t see an option to opt out. Also, they already charge “Servicio” per person. So tipping should be optional but the guy said that I have to choose one of the preset buttons. 👎 Over €66 for lunch! Not worth it.

27/01/2026: Good pizza. The beer and drinks are also delicious. Very friendly service. We got a free drink. A very nice and unusual gesture. The prices are also reasonable. I recommend it.

11/04/2026: I was a guest of friends. It was a very crowded Friday night. I really appreciated the variety on the fried food menu. I tried many, and they were all very good. The pizza was decent. I didn't enjoy eating on a slightly chipped plate. Service was so-so...drinks were late.
