Returning here after some time, the kindness and attentive service are confirmed. The Castrocielo appetizer is very good and unique, with excellent suggestions from the sommelier, especially regarding the bitters.

A very welcoming and warm location with a myriad of Prosecco wines and other spirits. The staff is beyond friendly and attentive to even the smallest requests. The house-made Prosecco was truly exquisite. They were fully available to prepare some dishes for my 6-year-old son, too. The appetizers were truly tasty and high-quality. The first course was truly original: gnocchi with lemon and almond pesto. The second course was pastrami and delicious tartare sauce. All washed down with an excellent Bordeaux. Truly a wonderful discovery. I'm so glad a place and people like this exist.

A very welcoming location, a relaxing atmosphere, an interesting wine cellar, and a top-notch Nebbiolo d'Alba Brut Rosé. The dishes were original and delicious. Highly recommended.

I haven't tried the aperitifs yet, but I bought some excellent sparkling wines. They gave me good advice and are excellent salespeople. They take care of their customers, and it's a pleasure to return to buy quality wine. The place isn't big, but the atmosphere is pleasant.

16/04/2026: We visited the restaurant last week. It was a pleasure. No menu, sit back and enjoy the Roman dishes. Exquisite service and attention. The restaurant is located in a cave dating back to 300 BC. It is an experience in itself. We will be back.
05/04/2026: Dinner for two in a tuff cave dating back to 300 BC, a very evocative, warm, and relaxing location. Ms. Paola welcomed us with love and kindness. Dinner is based on a fixed-course menu. Everything was excellent, made with quality ingredients. We had a wonderful evening. Highly recommended.
