Extremely high quality products, very fresh porchetta (its scent will inebriate you as soon as you enter) and truly exceptional hand-cut raw ham. The bread used for the sandwiches is certainly a gem and makes everything tasty and harmonious. The staff is extremely kind, friendly and helpful and able to explain every detail of their products. Central location overlooking the square. Highly recommended!

Visiting Ariccia for the first time we have just stopped here attracted by a slice of very lean porchetta that can already be seen passing by outside... a very kind girl welcomed us and recommended something to take away... porchetta, couples or lean dried meat with chili pepper and wine donuts! Italy may have many flaws but when you find places like this you thank heaven for being born here. An exceptional sandwich with a killer porchetta for €4... but what are we talking about? I took it home, reheated it in the oven and at times I couldn't shed a tear at how good it was. I strongly advise you not to take their couples, if you love each other don't do it because once you try you will live in their memory, and it will be a torment without peace 😋😋

A very good porchetta, crunchy shell, delicate seasoning, lean parts that are never stringy, in short, a delight. Porchetta sold by weight, €19.50 per kilo, or in the sandwich, choice of three types of bread. You can also find Romanella, white or red, sweet or dry. And then cheeses and cured meats of all types. In the small restaurant there are many goodies to eat on the street, there is no space inside. Sooner or later, a visit to the stupendous Palazzo Chigi is not to be missed.
