The atmosphere is welcoming, but the cuisine truly steals the show, with meticulously prepared vegetarian dishes. Unmissable dishes: Eggplant meatballs: Simply perfect. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, they exude all the traditional flavor with an extra touch of delicacy. Stuffed ravioli: The menu's true highlight. The pasta is expertly rolled out, and the filling is an explosion of balanced flavors, capable of satisfying even the most discerning palates. Seitan paillard: Surprising in its texture and flavor. Seitan often risks being bland, but here it is enhanced by masterful cooking, making it juicy and flavorful, an excellent protein alternative that leaves nothing to be desired. A restaurant that demonstrates how haute cuisine can be created with simple, authentic ingredients. I'll definitely be back to try the rest of the menu! P.S. Historic vegetarian restaurant in the center of Rome. We went for brunch on a Sunday lunch. It was a very pleasant experience, with a wide selection of well-prepared and tasty dishes. The desserts were also delicious. Prompt and courteous service. Fair prices. Recommended.

A positive experience, excellent cuisine and attention to detail... Special compliments go to the manager for his warm welcome, attention to every detail, and rare professionalism! You can tell he loves his job and puts the customer first. From the staff's welcome to the final farewell, we felt pampered. The manager moves between the tables with discretion and genuine smiles: he makes the difference!

This was the best vegan meal I had during my visit to Rome. There was so much choice on the menu. The quality and presentation of the food were excellent. The staff and the general ambiance were also top class. I can absolutely agree with all the other positive comments made about this restaurant. There are plenty of non vegan options available too. Highly recommended.

Very nice, located in the heart of Rome's historic center, the staff were very friendly, and we opted for the €18 plate, which includes a choice of three portions from the extensive buffet, soup, dessert, and water. Everything was very well cooked... a place that makes you experience different and very tasty flavors.

Definitely a great restaurant visit. The food was absolutely delicious, something truly special. Perfect for a vegetarian or vegan dinner. The service was exceptionally friendly and attentive, and the outdoor area had a very pleasant atmosphere.

Not what it used too be like some years ago when I thought it was delicious. It was ok. Not more then that. We came for the buffet lunch.
