Excellent school, very practical. I appreciated the fact that you get straight to the point with real-life service simulations. The theoretical lessons on the product and history of spirits were enlightening and never boring. Special thanks to Diego and Martina for their patience and valuable advice. It's an investment I would definitely make again.

I took the course many years ago.
Thanks to my FBS training, I've had wonderful experiences behind the bar in Italy and around the world. I've been an executive for alcohol companies for years, and I'm an FBS sponsor. I often stop by the school. There are courses for all bar needs, from traditional to cocktail bars, to nightclubs, to the hotel industry, but also for enthusiasts. FBS embodies culture, history, and tradition, blended with innovation.

A truly positive experience. The trainers are available, explain things well, and truly support you throughout the process.
One thing I really appreciated is that it doesn't end with the course: the school supports you even afterward, helping you take your first steps in the profession and connecting you with industry professionals.
The environment is youthful, stimulating, and free of unnecessary stress. If you're looking for a serious yet approachable school that truly prepares you, not just on paper, I highly recommend FBS.

Very nice and technologically advanced school. The trainers are very knowledgeable. I took the bartending and coffee making course and was really satisfied.

Excellent bartending course: well-organized, practical, and engaging. Giordano is the best ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ He's prepared and available, and explains clearly and concretely. Excellent balance of theory and practice, with lots of real-world experience behind the bar. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to start or improve their bartending skills. 🍹
