09/04/2026: I've been to this restaurant and I must say it was a truly pleasant experience. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff was kind and attentive without being intrusive. I chose the amatriciana and artichokes, and I was very satisfied. The amatriciana was prepared to perfection: flavorful, well-balanced, and with quality ingredients that you could taste at first bite. The pasta was cooked just right, and the sauce was rich but not heavy. The artichokes were also excellent, carefully cooked and truly flavorful, tender but with just the right consistency. You could clearly taste the freshness of the ingredients and the attention to preparation. Overall, a restaurant I definitely recommend to anyone who loves well-prepared traditional cuisine. I would gladly return!

01/04/2026: I had lunch at La Trattoriola di Luca, and I must say I had a truly wonderful meal. At the entrance, I was greeted with great kindness by Luca's mother, Luciana, a simple and authentic welcome that immediately made me feel at home. Luca, the owner, also proved to be a very kind and helpful person. I started with an excellent Roman-style artichoke, tender and flavorful, followed by a potato pie with tuna sauce: a very good and original dish, perhaps a little peppery for my taste, but still truly delicious. Next was a gratin octopus with roasted potatoes, an unusual but very successful dish that surprised me with its balance and quality. To finish, a creamy zabaglione with black cherries, simply excellent, the perfect way to end lunch. The ingredients are of the highest quality, the dishes are carefully prepared, and the value for money is truly excellent. I will definitely be back.

07/02/2026: A charming place! Very good and carefully prepared food. Quick and friendly service. The place isn't very large, so you might only find a table at certain times, and it can get noisy, especially on weekends, due to the crowds. Nonetheless, it was a wonderful experience! I'll definitely be back. I recommend booking.

03/04/2026: Unfortunately, it didn't go as I was used to with the old bread and wine. I hadn't been to Ostia for a few years, and I went there on a whim. The management has changed, and especially the kitchen. Nothing special, and few true Roman flavors. I'm sorry.

19/03/2026: Anyone who quotes €20-30 per person is telling you a lie! The dining room is small but nice; to go to the bathroom, you cross a room where on the left you see trays of fried food ready that morning (I hope). The fried appetizer was disappointing: everything was reheated in the microwave. It's a shame because given the low turnout, they wouldn't have taken long to make them on the spot. The first courses made up for it (fabulous carbonara and good amatriciana). The lemon veal cutlet was decent, and the tiramisu was also good. €85.

03/12/2025: It's incredible how crowded this small, family-run restaurant is at lunchtime! Prices are low for a Parioli neighborhood, and the staff are friendly and quick. You can even peek into the kitchen to watch them cook. The atmosphere is very basic, like an '80s trattoria on the outskirts of town. I ordered a takeaway, the strips of arugula and cherry tomatoes with a side of Neapolitan-style escarole, which was delicious. I'll definitely be back for lunch; it's very convenient in the office area.
