16/05/2025: I met Ileana virtually, by chance, thanks to the alchemist of Instagram algorithms. And I found a kind, helpful, professional, nice and fun person! The products are excellent and reflect the taste and search for beauty and quality that distinguish Ileana! Accurate and very fast shipping! This herbalist's shop is highly recommended! The only flaw...the Mediterranean Sea separates us and I can only buy online! But for those who are in Rome or the surrounding area...go visit her!

21/10/2025: Our concierge at the Hotel Pacific recommended this restaurant not only because we were tired after our journey and it was right across the street, but she insisted that we needed to try some Sardinian food while we were in the Mediterranean. My understanding of the subject is that there wouldn't be Italian cuisine if it wasn't for the Sardinians!!!! Boy was she right!!!! Truly a multiple course gastronomic masterpiece....their menu complements the Sea, Earth and Sky element of sardinan cuisine...all kinds of incredible seafood options, a fresh array of fruits and vegetables fresh from the farm, several poultry,pork and beef entrees to boot!!! May I highly recommend the Smoked Swordfish appetizer with melon and lechuga....and the Tiramisu is Fabulous!!!! If you're in a hurry....go have fast food!!!! Truly an old world dining experience.....great service....an incredible culinary delight... Now I'm back in Middle America craving some Sardinian food....our best meal in Rome!!!

07/09/2025: Last night was a terrible experience. The food was fine for an alternative meal, but the girl at the cash register made everything so grotesque! When we first ordered, she literally laughed in our faces when we asked for some sauces, immediately apologizing, saying she was "out." We then understood and thought the girl might be tired from her shift, so we responded with a smile. Later, we ordered another portion of fries, a pizza, and two desserts. Only at the end of the order did I remember to add the drinks. I apologized and asked her to add them. Without even answering, she huffed, rolled her eyes, and added them to the order. I specifically told the girl that I'd come get the desserts later, after I'd eaten the pizza and fries. She replied that that's fine and that she'd actually bring them to my table. Ten minutes later, she brought us the pizza, fries, and the two desserts. I asked the girl why, telling her that I'd specifically asked to have them later, a request she had granted. She replied that the place was closing, so it had to be that way. I should add that these are pre-made desserts, already stored in the refrigerator, that don't require any preparation in the kitchen, so the reason for the closure really didn't make sense. Fortunately, the evening wasn't that hot, but I find it absurd to have to take ready-made desserts out of the refrigerator twenty minutes before eating them. And in any case, they should have mentioned this at the counter when ordering instead of complying with my, I thought, normal request. These are the kinds of situations that can literally ruin a dinner; those who work with the public can't afford certain things. For this reason, we won't be returning.

05/09/2025: I changed my review. I returned a couple of months later after a negative experience regarding the opening hours. Now, the kindness of the person at the counter was a wonderful response to the previous experience. I ate very well and received a lot of kindness.

10/10/2025: We chose the tasting menu and were thrilled: each course was a small masterpiece, with original pairings, excellent ingredients, and impeccable attention to both plating and service. A truly exquisite gastronomic experience.

03/10/2025: Too bad...for trivial reasons, they didn't take our order. Two other tables arrived after us: they took their orders, but they were making us wait longer than necessary. Professionalism has collapsed: in my opinion, losing a customer is already a form of failure for a company, let alone a regular one. I won't be returning!! Also because the room was filled with smoke and a burning smell from the kitchen...perhaps the hood and HACCP certification need to be overhauled.

17/08/2025: Breakfast started at 6:30, giving us plenty of time to finish breakfast before leaving for our trip.

17/08/2025: Magnificent hotel with a very original swimming pool. The rooms are large and very clean (as is the entire establishment). The food is excellent. The hotel offers shuttles (5 euros per person per trip) to get to the Vatican or Piazza Romano, which is really well located to see the Colosseum, the Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon on foot in one afternoon. If I return to Rome, I will stay at the A.Roma Lifestyle Hotel without hesitation.

22/09/2025: It's an exquisite pizza at an excellent price. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive. It's close to must-visit places, which makes it very convenient.

01/10/2025: The food is excellent and the dishes are truly typical Roman dishes. The service is good, with the waiters being very kind and helpful. The atmosphere is rustic, like a Roman trattoria, and the prices are a bit high.

21/09/2025: The Infiorata del Pane lunch was exceptional, to say the least. A truly delicious selection of cured meats and cheeses, served with traditional Roman antipasti. The homemade, hand-cut pappardelle with spicy wild boar ragù was truly exquisite, as were the berry cheesecake and the excellent tiramisu. A wide selection of wines, and Chef Massimo is a host who knows how to best advise. Prices are absolutely average. I'll be back soon.
