29/03/2025: Small seafood trattoria with a typical atmosphere that differentiates it from the classic restaurant. The welcome is in tune with the atmosphere: smile and natural cordiality. Two fixed menus at reasonable prices; appetizers (many and tasty) + first course of your choice (€26), same appetizers + second course of your choice (€28). All very good and plentiful! The only small point that does not affect the overall judgment at all: spaghetti with seafood (generous) slightly tasteless. Excellent experience to be repeated every time the plane lands in Fiumicino during lunch/dinner time

29/03/2025: Congratulations to all the staff because if a team of young people produces dishes of this quality there is still a good future for Roman cuisine. We took two Roman-style artichokes, splendid, then Roman-style saltimbocca and boiled, two desserts, a bottle of mineral water, 1/4 of wine and we spent 65 euros. The service was no frills but fast and courteous even in accepting us half an hour before the booked time.

29/03/2025: Our last night in Rome - we were looking for something close to our Airbnb. We found Ristorante Fuocolento. It was excellent dining experience. The artichoke salad was fresh and full of flavor, the grilled mixed fish was perfectly cooked, and the carbonara was rich and authentic. The wine selection was impressive, complementing the meal beautifully. The service was outstanding—attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, making the whole evening even more enjoyable. A fantastic spot for a true Roman meal!

10/04/2025: Stopped tonight for a drink and ended staying for drinks, appertivos and dinner. All were excellent and their homemade potato chips are incredible.

24/03/2025: I recommend it We had a great time The food and wine were excellent We particularly enjoyed the appetizers and the roasted octopus, but the gnocchi with scampi cream were fantastic. The way we were welcomed, the friendliness and efficiency of the waiters was very welcome. The environment is nice and there is a large parking lot outside. We will definitely come back to eat here soon
