This evening we had dinner with our friends at Balestrari. We ate very well, with typical dishes like oxtail stew and lamb. Exceptional appetizers: fried sage, potato croquettes, soufflé, Ascoli olives, and the crostini, divine! But the kindness, friendliness, politeness, and helpfulness of ASIA ❤️, the girl who works at the restaurant, is exceptional. Thank you! Thanks to Asia ❤️ and a hug ❤️

I really loved Ai Balestrari. The food is delicious, honest and generous. I advise you to come for lunch, on a weekday, to avoid the crowds. I visited twice, and really enjoyed the Carbonara for the pasta, and the pizza Capricciosa. I would kindly recommand to the owner to hire more staff for busy days - weekend evenings - and give them a raise, because I sadly think they are understaffed.
