Very kind and super helpful, they found us a table even without a reservation... we ate and drank very well... wonderful and clean place including bathrooms... fair prices. RECOMMENDED!!!!

Mexican-themed location, colorful and meticulously maintained. Professional and fast waitresses. Wide menu selection. More than satisfying food. I'll definitely be back!

I had dinner at this lovely place with my family. The food and beer were good, the staff was friendly, and the prices were fair. I always recommend making a reservation to avoid long waits.

I returned after several years and was absolutely satisfied with everything: location, food, and value for money. Kudos to the waiters, always smiling and helpful, a crucial aspect that isn't always present in restaurants. My only suggestion, not a sermon given the maximum star rating, is to update the photos and, above all, the ingredients on the dishes. They aren't always up to date. The photos are obviously only indicative, but the ingredients list must be adhered to.

I returned to Qutzal after years, and everything is as it was before, in a good way! The Mexican dishes are very good and quite affordable compared to other similar restaurants. We'll definitely be back!

29/04/2026: The atmosphere is small but very welcoming and hospitable. The staff is extremely friendly and the food is truly delicious. The restaurant is decorated in Mexican style, with attention to detail. They also give you a nice souvenir photo, and you can purchase more if you want. Recommended!
19/04/2026: Very good traditional cuisine, very nice, colorful and well-kept atmosphere and top staff, very kind Mexican ladies who create a crazy atmosphere.

07/03/2026: The appetizers and beer were excellent, maybe I chose the wrong sandwich, it was too full and I would have let the hamburger go for a few more minutes, but personal tastes aside, for the rest it's a nice place
11/02/2026: I'll start by saying I hadn't booked, so they took me to a table facing the kitchen exit... The chef yelled for the dishes and there was a strong smell of frying oil (check the exhaust filters). It was a classic burger joint with grilled meat, good quality and in line with the prices. Service was a bit chaotic. I asked for slightly sparkling water, but there was no answer. I ordered a still one and a sparkling one... then, paying at the cashier, I saw a full fridge with slightly sparkling water... At the end of my burger, which was good, I asked for "in a bit" and they brought me a coffee for them in a bit = 45 seconds later... Did they need a table? No, the room was semi-occupied... Hmm... Anyway, for a carefree evening, it's okay.
